Just my 2 pennies. If online casinos were regulated by any kind of law, canceling checks like this would definitely be an illegal practice. If you make a mistake as a company and prematurely send out a check, then you should take the financial hit. In order for people to trust an unregulated casino, you must behave as if there were regulatory laws. This does not help.
(BTW, If I could somehow be guaranteed accurate information, I would bet my whole bankroll that the number of people who don't respond when their check has been canceled is far less than 98%)

FL, you're just plain wrong about stopping payment on a check. NO HONEST BUSINESS EVER STOPS PAYMENT ON A CHECK WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER.
Sure, checks that are lost or sent to the wrong address can/should be stopped but the fact is when the check is signed you've entered into a binding contract. You don't get an extra 9-10 days to think about it.

"chucho: You are welcome to play where you like. We are not the only casinos applying these rules"
You are not the only casino losing thousands of new players who like to play black jack. Two wrongs don't make a right, and as long as their are many other casinos that offer great sign up bonus and allow black jack, which their are, no new black jack players will join your sites other than the ones that don't read the terms. And you said that "We are not the only casinos applying these rules" What other casino has a 20% wagering rule on black jack?

theguru: "In terms of the fact that we did not inform you that the checks were cancelled, I have already stated that we have since changed our procedures to ensure players are informed when checks are cancelled." does not mean I "swore" it will never happen. I will not and can not do that because processes sometimes fall down, for whatever reason. This is the case here.

"chucho: As you never have anything decent to say about us I will ignore your "bad management" comment."
So you will only respond to comments that praise you? Ok, here is one then. You had great sign up offers that were competitive when compared to many other reputable casinos. Then about the time I was going to give one of your casinos a shot I see that you terms read that only 20% of black jack wagers count towards the wagering requirements. That does not work for me and the thousands of others that only like to play black jack. Please answer this question. I can sign up at Lucky Emperor, and get a match bonus and play black jack, I can play at Captain Cooks and get a 200% bonus and play black jack, and there are many others. So my question is, why would I or any other new player who only plays black jack and likes the sign up incentives, play at your casino compared to the others MG casinos I just mentioned?

Oh ya FL, here is your quote from the last time this same scenario arose:
"In terms of the fact that we did not inform you that the checks were cancelled, I have already stated that we have since changed our procedures to ensure players are informed when checks are cancelled. Despite this, you keep on harping on the subject without acknowledging the fact that we have improved our procedures in this regard (and recognising the role that you and others in this forum had played in this improvement)." Looks like this procedure has really been implemented

Once again FL, if you did your job in the first place and ran all your security checks before sending out a payment then this would be a non-issue. And not calling to tell the player their check has been cancelled, well that is just terrible customer service and shows a lack of respect on the side of the casino. This is just my 2 cents, I know you don't really care because last time you had the exact same issue you swore it would not happen again but surprise suprise here we are again.
Cheers

Thank you. I did read and understand your post.
We do a sophisticated series of security checks when a player opens an account. Any account that is found to be suspicious is locked and, in certain cases, we will request erification documents.
Unless we suspect any fraudulent activity on an account thereafter, we will not lock the account or request any further documentation. Not even on cashing in. It is as a result of player aggravation and what posters were telling us in forums that we have changed our policies to this. As you probably know, we used to request erification docum... | | Read Entire Entry |

Hi dickens12

Hi Brad
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
After your cash-in was already processed there were some pattern changes on your account that alerted us and we requested you to send us erification documents, which you did. Because they were extremely unclear, we cancelled the checks as a safety measure. When we made you aware of the illegible copies, you sent us a decent set and we immediately informed our processors to re-issue the checks. It seems that they did not do so.
We have now, again, instructed our processors to re-issue the checks and to courie... | | Read Entire Entry |

You required documents from this person before you would pay him. But you paid him without them first, then, and only after you send his check, you receive the documents and cancel his check. Seemes backwards, kinda like saying 20% of you wagering on black jack will count towards the bonus, nether makes sense, bad management.

Contact support Brackis, they should fix it pronto. Athough, the help from support at Fortune Lounge casinos (which 7Sultans is part of) can sometimes be a little spotty.
But I wouldn't lose sleep over this just yet. 7Sultans is a solvent casino and they do care about their players so you will get paid. Just give it some time to be resolved.
I would only reach out the Casinomeister after all other efforts have been exhausted.
Good Luck

My problem was resolved, FortuneLounge overnight'ed me a check to repay me, and covered the bank costs (even threw extra credits into my account for the hassle)
The problem was relating to a specific situation I had and should not be something to worry about when playing at 7sultans or any FortuneLounge casino
