I use my Mastercard to deposit funds and every time a request a withdrawl from Ecash they insist on sending me a sodding cheque!! I have had 2 gone missing in the post over the last couple of months and its ery annoying. (although they have been good in issuing a duplicate without charge/problems) Why cant they credit my mastercard back, every other online casino manages to!!!

WOL belongs to Crypto I suppose, they probably read these complaints over and over again and do nothing . Really a pity, because I like Crypto casinos.
I think Peak group is the only one with good e-mail support. E-Cash answered in a day or two, but right now I'm trying to withdraw money ia Wire, it's real pain , I'm afraid they will send me money by check (though I've wrote 4 times not to do it) and I will have even more pain forcing them to oid it and send money by Wire.

Must say when i have had to contact ecash they have normally responded to me ery quickly. Have had maybe 5 or 6 problems with arious crypto casinos (card registration/PIN non receipt etc) and resolved all but 1 (Closed Ritz Casino because of their rudeness and inability to solve my issue).

Their 0800 toll free service is always answered and normally resolves the issue straight away.

Bit worrying to see that this is not always the case though!!!

You can go by the player points. Raked hands = PP's. If you deposit and have 500PPs you should get the $90 bonus at 950PPs.

I had some luck with calling Ecashdirect on the phone on the few occasions I needed to get something sorted out.

Ok, i have similar problems.

1. the peach casino monthly bonus is not working for me either.
It was supposed to start from 2nd month on, but it didnt give me any bonus, also no reply to email when i asked.

2.I am having similar problems with ipcasino. Depositted money by neteller, And the funds just didnt show on my account, but the funds left my neteller account. After about 7 emails i have now recieved a reply that they need some kind of neteller transaction number, which i sent to them now 4 times, no money no nothing yet.
This lack of support is really annoying.

i have never had any responses from any crypto casinos or ecash in my 2 years of my gambling career!
just call them....

hold up...but crypto is rigged....why do you guys wanna play there to begin with? have you not read about the post in casinomeister?

Tell me about it - on aug1st I attempted to make a deposit to my inter account, it said the neteller server was not replying. However, the $90 was taken from my neteller account. Speed forward to now, I have heard from them, replied with the transaction code as supplied by neteller - and just got the reply that I have already recieved the monthly bonus as I made another deposit. Well, yes I did but why have they still not credited the $90 I have been complaining about?

Ecash have always been sh*te at answering emails for as long as I've played (about 18 months).

BTW I wouldn't in anyway blame the casino for the poor support (apart from their choice of software provider) - it's ecash in general, whether your query is about the ery popular Intercasino or the little known Casino Australia

I think I posted previously here about Peach.

I enrolled in an affiliate program despite them not having the best reputation because they carry Peach. Once enrolled, I found no promotional materials for Peach. When I enquired as to why they didn't carry Peach they said they just discontinued them because they were too unresponsive. This was a couple months back.

If a casino won't talk to the people who send them players, I doubt they will talk to players asking uncomfortable questions.

Needless to say I do not endorse them - it's a shame. I like Crypto.

I m ery angry with cryptologic casinos too...

Littlewoods hasn't answered my email... and I guess it never will.. ( I sent it a month ago...)

Peach casino hasn't answered my 4 emails till now in a week period.... I want
clarification for their crappy bonus that they claim to be monthly... It seems they do not care to answer ..... I sent emails to all available email address I found in their site....

Totalbet-Ukbetting.... I do know... Perhaps they are on acation... No answer to my many emails for 2 weeks......

William hill?? Come on... You make me laught..... They offer the best customer support, kiss my a**... I really loved their live chat feature! I was always on queue and never managed to chat with them.... That was in the past of course...

I have emailed littelwoods casino over a withdrawal problem 3 times,4 times str8 to ecash.
Emailed interpoker numerous times to find out how many raked hands i have playing for the bonus.
Of course no responses.
I did ring ecash last night over the littlewoods prb, gave my acc number and the guy said he couldnt find it!
I hung up rang again and a different guy got it straight away and answered my question alright.
I am just wondering if they make money on phone calls you make to them?
Is it that hard to answer to an email,is it that hard to type in an account no
Or are they just plain stupid>?
