I am not sure what happened in the case of Markey111 mentioned on this thread (in the casinomeister link). The screenshots show some ery bad luck but it apparently got worse for Markey111 but the links to the online logs (they provided these to him by email) don't seem to have been working for over two weeks now.

Roulette at intercasino: It is a devil's game and the devil is intercasino. I have already posted my experience with intercasino roulette here about one year ago. I suffered the same phenomenon: Bet numbers were extremly under the expected results. And i made enough spins to realize if it is only bad luck or wheter the software helps to have "bad luck".

Yep, that post in Casinomeister's forum is daunting indeed. With an actual screenshot, too. I have always suspected Crypto being rigged. Now there is a proof.

Intercasino are probably the most trustworthy and 'fair' casino around, I was about to write just that when I saw Jane's reply!

The manager has replied and gave me a ery satisfactory response.

I should also add she did not receive my previous emails because I did mistype her email address when I carbon copied the emails I sent to support, so it was my fault she did not reply.

Anyway here is her reply.

Because you have wagered half of the minimum wager requirement in your

I emailed them 3 times about this and telephone support is just as useless. I also just lost my deposit playing it. I wanted to w/d but I am not a bonus only player as I like to play fair with casinos hoping this swings both ways. It obviously doesn't in Intercasino's case.

But I will email their manager (a Miss Jane Bentley I believe) again telling her about this thread so she may might shed light on the issue of "lost" passwords which also make you lose your winnings & bonus if the w/r is not met - which is total bs.

Some 3 weeks ago I signed up to ICUK, logged in, deposited and played. After the session I was £100 up (including the bonus) and logged off. Logged on the next day but could not login again and was advised by support this is probably because my password was wrong. I was told the only way round it was to open an account and have the balance in the old account transferred - which I did thinking it would be a straight forward enough procedure.

From emailing the request and having this done it took about 10 days. But to my surprise I find that only my original £100 deposit has been transferred. The reason given being is that I did not fulfil the w/r, which obviously I cannot do because I cannot login into the account.

To me this is grossly unfair firstly because I did not have trouble to log into the account with the password I wrote down when I first logged in. I only got their word that is the real reason.

But what is the most unfair is the fact that they will not even tra...
