As I stated before it is not the $20 it was the way in which I continue to be treated. I suppose if they had done their customer service right at least, I would have long "farted this off" as you suggest.
I am, as I assume you are, a man of principle. I want to be treated with some modicum of respect here and to date Prima/Virtual City has done nothing but show contempt every time I try to get them to address this problem.
Next time it might be somebody who loses 100 or 500 dollars or more who gets shut out of the freeroll because they were relying on outdated terms information in a tournament description. I suppose at that time, the amount they have spent would better legitimize their claim. I am not of that school of thought.
If they can't help me, I want them to at least admit their description is wrong. The problem is, I trhink they can help me they just choose not to.

Im sure a post on either twoplustwo.com or recpoker.com will get a lot of agreement from this post.
Also at recpoker.com lou krieger has been known to post and he is a rep for royalvegas in the prima network. At 2+2 thegamingclub also in the prima network has a rep post there.

I have been surfing the web for info on Prima Pokerand their affiliate sites. I have a pending dispute with them/Virtual City poker right now on a different type matter thru casinomeister and I came across this little diddy from pokertips.org:

Prima Poker is a network of poker sites. A lot of casinos (Golden Tiger, Gaming Club, Lucky Nugget, Royal Vegas, River Belle�the full list is here) share a poker room where people in the different casinos play against each other. While the casino takes care of small matters like cashouts, Prima Poker runs the main operations. Thus, while you sign up through say Gaming Club, in reality you are playing in the Prima Poker room.
