I would email them EVERY day and cc to everyone who is remotely involved with them - I'd annoy the hell out of them until paid, or just for the fun of it.
Actualy, this would be what I'd be doing a few months back - they'd really be sick of my other attacks by now.

Your advice has definately put me at ease.
I wagered well over the minimum. They used to give me some ery good bonuses so I often played there for no bonuses.
I have contacted them again and they say they will try to get it processed.

Any of us would probably be fuming, but I think you misunderstand us- no one is saying thats OK and no worries- what we are saying with thinly eiled sarcasm is this delay is normal for that casino group- they have a ery bad record with slow payment. Sad but true- don't play there!

I agree.
If your withdrawal is legit, then will pay you.
I dont think anybody who ever complaint about BW never got paid...they all got paid eventually.
It is because if your withdrawal involves a bonus, the minimum waiting time starts at from 2 months and you can wait up to 6 months to get paid, so you are almost there!
You might want to send in your documents again and make a couple phone calls, too.

This joint is known for rogue tactics.
You may ask the "new" OPA http://www.onlineplayersassociation...uteservice.html for help maybe as they have "approved" this Casino. (yuck)
If your withdrawal is legit you will get paid eventually, just make sure to keep the pressure on. I know ery well what this crap feels like...

Hi everyone.
I have been waiting 5 months for a cash in of $4500 from the black widow casino.
They keep saying that it will be processed when they get around to it.
Seems like they are just trying not to pay or me or delay as much as possible.
What would you advise me to do next?
