bonuslover & magnek: You are absolutely right but I said that we do not add bonuses after a cash-in has happened and apply it to that particular cash-in. Once you cash in, only the bonuses that were added between the previous cash-in and the current cash-in are taken into consideration for wagering requirement.
Of course we add bonuses during play and we have a system that informs players when bonuses are added. If this is not working properly I will look at it.
Unfortunately I cannot comment on the exact details of this case as frankensite does not wish to supply me with his details.

Frankensite, this is none of my business, but FL has a track record of assisting players with a genuine beef and admitting when his people have screwed up. Why not give him your details so that he can chase your complaint down fast and maybe resolve it?

Precis...that was what they hoped, because they state on the website that if you use any of the bonus money you accept the rules (wager on BJ is excluded) for the bonus money, nice little trick...

shouldn't you just take out the guy's bonus and pay him his winnings? It is not unheard of for your group to add bonuses (neteller, firepay etc) while playing or after playing. Players may not even know a bonus was added. I have had bonuses removed by my request as well as refusal to remove bonuses by your staff. While I have no idea if francensite is telling us everything or not, this scenario has happened before.

We add a bonus AFTER you have cashed in and never reply to your mails ???

Who are you ??...I'm a Danish player that have tryed your Vegas Villa casino, I deposit £50, got a mail from your support telling me that Danish player are welcome but without any promotion offers, FINE......I'l play without any bonus. I win £1050 after 5 hours play and request an withdraw, suddenly I get the bonus money (Is that because I won, I THINK SO...just so they can oid my winnings that are made on BJ, because with the bonus you may not play BJ) 3 times I was in contact with support ia phone telling them to remove bonus money, asking them why I suddenly could get bonus ??...got NO ANSWER on that question !!

I how FL will make things right for you Melissa.
It is not the first time things like that happen, in the past they changed their terms retroactivly more than once.
I think they are not doing it on purpose it is just how their system works.
I suggest you try to contact them again and if it will not help maybe you can email the VIP department they usually help much faster
