Pacific are a load of garbage.
Watch out for an ad offering a 100% bonus at betinternet poker.
There is no such thing i downloaded,and saw the software was just like Pacific,depsoited the 100$ but didnt get the 100$ bonus,i emailed to betinternet support ,a week later i get a reply from Pacific saying i have an account with them already.
I kept trying to explain that i clicked on a betinternet ad but of course i never heard anything back!!!
Bloody scam that is,i bet they were hoping i just stay and play,i didnt
Anyway the problem is that most customoer service staff are completely brain dead and taking forever to find something out.
Go to live help on most sites and ask what "the rake is" i bet you wil not gewt a proper answer.they will probaly say it is a garden implement

This is unbelievibly stupid by a site that claims they they are so successful that they can't handle their customer support service.How moronic can management be??This is absurd.

I emailed Pacific Poker as Im a recently-joined player, and this is the response I got:

In an effort to assist the majority of our members, we have dealt with
