They didnt bounce....Citadel said my bank said theres no such acct...My bank says NO Citadel never submitted it???? Whos right whos wrong????? Regardless Im screwed...and my credit report gets a black mark.....

I guess the money in your intercasino account is much higher than the 10K that you owe them. But it really doesn't make sense since you acknowledge that the checks bounced and you are willing to pay the 10K that you owe.

Well if you tendered payment and it was not accepted, I guess you can keep it. Not much "collections" can do about it if you are in the states.

Thanks, as for Ryan...he apparently was here...hes not much help though...sorry to say that but I get more help from my 7yr old......As for this situation....ecash sent my money order back and said I owed it to citadel...citadel said there stupid I owed it to themm...by the way it was for 10,000 dollars...like I said Im a great customer...unfortunately not theirs anymore...THANKS RYAN!

Most of your understanding is correct and it doesnt make sense. I explained the best I way know to. They havent stated what the will do with my winnings just that they may send the money order back to me and then let citadel take it to collections and collect from me. The point is, collections is not where I deserve to be sent... Im a longtime customer that doesnt deserve shoddy treatment. If they do send it back to me I will repay citadel directly but the hassle is undeserved. I Love Intercasino its ecash thats a mess. I have no desires to play elsewhere. The simplest and most logical solution is for ecash to cash the money order and notify citadel. Why they would not is a mystery to me??? What I wasnt is my acct reopened so I can play with whats in there!!! Investigate me for what???? Spending to much money at their casino???

That doesn't make much sense. But I am confused by your post. If I understand correctly, Intercasino was funded by Citadel for 10,000. Citadel did not get it from your bank and so they are short.
Meanwhile, InterCasino has some amounts of winnings in your account and has decided to keep that and have Citadel collect the deposit from you.
Assuming that is the case,
If they return it to you, I would tell Citadel they can have what is in your InterCasino Account and then send them the difference. In essense, I would net out the winnings unless Ryan agrees he will return them to you. If he does that, then just submit a new money order to Citadel.

Intercasino is my all time favorite casino however ecash customer service fails. Here is my dilema. I had a good luck spell through July. After I cashed out my luck dried up so I made a transaction using citadel...I avoid citadel because my bank had messed up and I had some chargebacks which have been paid. Anyway Citadel stated they submitted 10,000 to my bank and my bank stated error no acct found...My bank states citadel errored and never submitted to them. Finally ecash said send a 10,000 money order to them and they will cancel citadel....I sent 10,000 worldwide express so that they could get it next day and unlock my account which has several thousand in it. They have the money now however the supervisor at ecash said he is not going to cash it but rather send it back to me and let citadel turn it over to collections. Citadel e-mailed him and asked that he cash it then release them...He doesnt want to??? Why??? Makes no sense to me.
