I remember when, I think it was RTG, had a simular complaint form, oh yeah, it was safebet. That was, as we all know was a joke. Now these guys have their work cut out for them seeing as the last time I caculated, their were a little more than a billion people who were screwed out of winnings. But I give them credit for trying. What do they get out of the deal?

Credit where due - RTG have more than their fair share of ratbags, but Montana Overseas seems to be dealing with complaints and achieving resolutions.

It's one helluva lot better than RTG's old "hands off" stance, and despite being rather slow it does appear that they are getting past their teething problems and working a little faster.

My perception is that there is still room for improvement, but they seem to be going in the right direction.

why do people continue to play at RTGs after the thousands of horror stories week iin week out,
Seriously if people continue to depsoit these casinos will continue to rip people off, stop playing there and they will go out of business.
I have no sympathy for anyone that is ripped off by an RTG anymore,
Christ they have beeen ripping people off for years now,
Ever hear of the expression "once bitten twice shy" ??
Some people seem to like getting bitten over and over and over and........

My balance turned to zero, as I noticed just before I was locked out.

Cannot login again.

I ery much appreciate everyone's suggestions.

It is more of the warning type of thread though, as I am not prepared to spend hours recovering such a small amount of money.

I understand that Extreme Group's treatment of players over the years went from bad to one of the worst and then to acceptable. Well, they might be just completing a circle.

Casino Extreme might just not allow you to cash.

I just had a phone conversation, where I was informed that my status with the casino is "bonus hunter", and that's because my total deposits there were $1,200, because I was redeeming coupons, and because I ended up with a total net profit of $200.

Obviously, they cannot allow that...

The reason I called them today was that I redeemed $10 (TEN DOLLARS) of Comp Points, played some and requested a withdrawal of $20 (TWENTY DOLLARS) .

The smug CS rep on the phone told me that because of my "bonus hunter" status they will not allow me to cash in, nether the points nor the winnings.
