Bump.
I recently saw threads on Fortune Lounge and eCOGRA.
While some criticise eCOGRA I point out this group either can't get such a seal or won't get such a seal. If they did, they would not be able to apply new bonus terms retroactivly.
I also point out that other MicroGaming are adament about doing such things. Fortune Lounge just solved a complaint from a player. They flatly state they don't apply terms retroactively.
We should be demanding the Golden Tiger group do the same.

I have my own personal beef with this group and will remove them at the next update.
I am not sure they are great illains, but their customer service and general conduct leaves much to be desired, and I know of at least one incident with affiliates that I would have to categorize as theft.
I do not recommend them at this time and my site will reflect this asap.

I am sorry you couldn't nudge them in the right direction. Like all players, I appreciate your trying.
Any chance that casinomeister will take a look?
BTW, I don't play there because of the controversy and have no money at risk, but like other players here I like to pay attention for the sake of the rest of the community. This community has been supportative of me in the past.
Thanks again,
bart

I have to say that despite a number of warnings that this is not acceptable conduct, and suggestions as to how it may be fairly redressed this group do not appear to be convinced that their behaviour is questionable and do not seem to be prepared to take the appropriate remedial action in a responsible manner. My opinion of them has sunk to zero as a consequence. If this is the attitude they are probably best avoided, and the message that affiliates are starting to strike them off their sites should have an impact, too.

This deceptive strategy seems to be common practice for the Golden Tiger Group. From what I understand now is that their old sign up terms used to be 3 times deposit and bonus, it has now been changed to 15 times. They now have decided to add wagering requirements from when the bonuses where 3 times to 15 times thus if you have wagered 3 times from a year ago and cashed out, they now add another 12 times to any new bonus accepted plus the current 15 times.
So to summerize it seems to work like this: Sign up under the old sign up bonus, 100 for 50 wager 450$, wager the 450$ and cash out. Recieve an existing player bonus for say 100 for 50 wager 2250, but they also expect you to wager an extra 1800$ from the sign up bonus a year ago. This is by far the stupidest and most absurd thing I have ever heard of and the reason why I have removed all of their casinos from my websites.
This group is totally clueless and I advise players to stay away from them.
Cheers

Thanks for the assistance Jetset, it is greatly appreciated. Received this lovely tidbit last night right after posting here...

Hello Jefferey
Please be advised that you have yet to meet wagering requirements - your wagered total of $633 fails to meet current or any previous wagering conditions at Zodiac Casino.
That you have signed up to Zodiac Casino, deposited & received bonuses requires that you fulfill current wagering requirements prior to withdrawing, in accordance with our terms & conditions. In doing so you thereby accept any periodic change to our general terms & conditions, including any change to wagering conditions.
This decision is final.

As I stated to them, it is impossible that I wagered only $633 regardless, as I would have never been able to cashout my money in the first place. Changing terms retroactively is just im... | | Read Entire Entry |

i agree with bonuslover.....these guys are criminals.....i originally started this thread and after about 2 months i did get paid. They used the same crap with me as they are using with you crispycrunch.....wr when I didn't receive a bonus and possible mistakes with cash in's in the past. WHATEVER THEY ARE TELLING YOU IS BULL!!! In the end they told me my neteller address was wrong when it was clearly right.....but I did get paid.
Jetset may be able to help you.....he does have some good contacts with the casino. I would also try the Casino Guru www.casinoguru.org. He was also working on my case and received the same info as Jetset.

Sorry to bring up an older thread, but they are trying to pull the retroactive trick on me now that they have changed their bonus terms (again)...I deposited $200, played, lost a bit and cashed in my remainder ($190). Now they are stating I must wager another $5500?! in order to cashin my balance. After countless emails to support I have all but given up, and was hoping to get some assistance from someone. Have no idea who I signed up through, but maybe someone could be so kind as to assist me anyways. Thanks in advance.

If you have contact to them, can you ask them when they intend to change their standard policy of carrying over non-existent previous WR?
I still receive offers from them often, but can't take them up, because I would still have WR to fulfill because the signup bonus changed from 5xd+b to 15xd+b AFTER I purchased, played and cashed in.

Like I said on
http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=14858
Blackjack Ballroom keeps sending me 100% offers (bi-weekly for $50).
Every time I enquire, they tell me I have a lot of wager requirements (5 figure) still to fulfill. I sometimes ask them then why did they let me cash out last time after much hassles and intervention of Teri at Fairbet. Last time they even responded that the last cash-in was approved mistakenly. So they DO retroactively change WR for finished deposits still.

Just wanted to give players a heads up that Golden Tiger casino and their sister casinos lie and use unethical tatics as a means of forcing players to play at their casinos under false terms and conditions. I will be taking this matter to Casinomeister but just wanted to inform everyone at Winneronline to think twice about playing at these casinos.
Thanks!
Golden Tiger has not always been 15X. This is a rogue MicroGaming as the post from GambleGirl illustrates.
Consider going to ECOGRA. I am not sure they can help but they should know.
I don't know why rogue microgaming casinos get special treatment from watchdogs but they do.

I recently made a deposit at Golden Tiger casino after recieving an email with a bonus offer. I opened a new account and made a $500 deposit but was told that I had a previously opened an account with them. My mistake.....i had forgotten that over a year ago I did open an account.....I asked support to put my $500 deposit in my original account and of course I did not receive a bonus. Some weeks later after sending all requested documents I attempted to cash out my deposit but it was denied. For two months now Golden Tiger has given me the run around. This was their latest email
