I got the bonus, and I met the wager req and cashed out the max $500, and they sent me an email that the cashout was DENIED because there is a 10 Day hold on new accounts, so I was told to try to cashout again on sept 29.
Ill let you guys know if they are for real, or not

Well, for what its worth, I think any place that hands out a 500% bonus should be avoided like the plague. I think I tried that place with a free $10 I was sent and the software was pretty ordinary - and that is usually an excellent indication of whats to come.
Having said that, I think if you make a deposit and contact the casino to ask for your bonus, then you have indicated your intentions and you should accept both the bonus and its terms.

thanks for your inputs, I do also understand that your correct, i most definately would want the bonus had i lost the $50..
anyways, Im still trying to meet the steep wager req so i can cashout

I also agree with Colly completely
Had you lost your $50 instead of winning $700, you would definitely claim the bonus.

well they credited me the bonus now, fine with me, ill deal with it....and i asked about my wagers up until the credit my bonus and they siad about $2650, i was like WHAT!! they tell me that blackjack counts as .50cents to every dollar wagered, this was NOT ON THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, this place is a crook mart. The live chat reps are brash and brief, they dont want to help. This place is a fraud to me, I still got a few hundred in the acct so ill play it out. The live chat rep is now telling me they cant tell me what I wagered up to now, but to email them and theyll let me know tomorrow...what a crock.

Probably unpopular but I am going to weigh in on the casino's side here. If I read between the lines you had every intention of playing and claiming the bonus- certainly there system stuffed up but you accepted the play in advance of the clearance of your card. I suspect (and my apologies if wrong) that if you had not had a good streak you would be claiming the bonus and probably writing here if they didn't credit it to you.
It seems a bit of wanting the bonus to cover your risk but now you don't have the risk not wanting to risk the bonus.
I think the casino has a right to give you the bonus demand the playthrough and or limit the cashout to its stated terms as I beleive you deposited and accepted that when you agreed to the play in advance of confrimation.
OK I will now put my bullet proof est on and duck for cover!

IMO the bonus should be removable until you start wagering with it. I had a similiar issue with a casino of Belle Rock Group and it was no problem at all to cancel the bonus after my application for it.

Have to tell you that had you deposited here, and requested the bonus, than won before getting it we would hold you to the terms of the bonus. As you stated, what if the casino now tells you that they are not accepting your credit card, when they get authorization. I know3 it seems harsh, and I hope they help you out, but on ourside of the cashier, I get upwords of 100 depositers playing without a bonus, and if they lose calling the casino and claiming they never got their bonus. It is a sad state of affairs but a line needs to be drawn somewhere.

Ok, I signed up and deposited $50 ia credit card at oklahoma online casino. Went to live chat 10 mins later cause the money wasnt in the acct yet and I also asked for the 500% first dep bonus. The Rep told me the credit card is still pending and will clear in a few hours and the 500% bonus will be credited then, but he credited my acct with $50, my deposit. Anyway, with the deposit i hit a luck streak and now am up to over $700, I went to live chat again to tell them not to credit the bonus when the CC clears and he says they wont do it, but he will ask the SR Rep in the morning. the 500% bonus has to rollover 40x and cant be withdrawn, plus you can only withdrawal 10x your deposit= $500 max cashout. Now, what is the right thing for the casino to do here? I feel that since I did not recieve the 500% bonus, I can still reject it cause it was never added to my acct since the pending CC issue was on their side, not mine. This is ery aggrevating to me.
