Whilst I still believe that Boss Media have an obligation (and it makes sound commercial sense too) to address this now ery public issue directly, I understand that they have produced sufficient information to persuade the Casinomeister that at least some of these incidents are grounded in Israeli player scam attacks of an unspecified nature. Investigations are apparently ongoing and he is looking into this as well.
If the casino has "irrefutable proof" of wrongdoing they should have the confidence to allay player fears that something unjust is happening in these incidents by being way more communicative, bearing in mind that disclosure of too much detail on anti-fraud measures would serve only the crooks.

Irrefutable proof of fraudulent activity and the authorities will be informed?
It has been 3 months which is plenty of time for the authorities to have come knocking on the door.
In light of the lack of information from the casino to follow up the email and the apparent slow movement of "authorities being informed", I would say a trip to the Casinomeister Problems Page or the GPWA Players Forum to help get that information is in order.

Since the email states that this was done "in conjunction with Boss Media and Webdollar", I suggest you contact both of them directly, and ask for this "irrefutable proof" they have regarding your wins.

I registered about 2,3 years ago and I don't remember if I registered through a portal and which one.
I played an ongoing bonus at the same day I deposited the 1000$ and received 200$ wagered 25 times deposit and bonus reached more than 5000 nothing was paid. I can't give more details since the account is locked.
All I know is one thing 1000$ were not returned and 4000$ was not paid for nothing, They made an investigation and I was accused of Fraud which is a mistake but they don't respond to any email from me.

I agree completley, sorry if I came off wrong. By posted here more I meant to say, show to us that you are a legitimate player and not someone affiliated witha casino and spreading rumor or someone who is from a "potentially abusive player" country list.

Oh I played there an ongoing promotion of deposit 1000 receive 200 and reached 5225 playing blackjack for a wagering of 20 times deposit and bonus which is a ery large wagering
It was on about the 20/july 2004 and they locked all accounts from Israel so I don't have precise information. I emailed them many time and also called but the conversation was stopped in the support which says it is webdollar and the manager to decide and I can contact them only by email
I contacted the Manager of Pharaohs who promised to call me back, I sent my phone number along with answeers to many questions he asked me about me playing in a shared computers and so on, I answered that I am playing Solo from home. They sent me this email after weeks of delaying my cashin and now they just took my deposit of 1000$ which mean chargeback from their side on my DEPOSIT AND WINNINGS!!!

As pretty much a "newbie" yourself- perhaps you shouldn't take it on yourself to speak for the board. Many people lurk or don't use a board till there is a problem (it was how I started way back when!). One of the hallmarks of this forum has been advice and help rather than a collection of bonus posts so balibali is in the right place. If he/she is trying it on they will soon be sussed out and given short shrift.

Pharaohs stole my 1000$ deposit and winnings

I made a deposit of 1000$ on the end of July and won 5223$
They emailed me many questions about my playing habits and explained they have a large fraud case from Israel ,Last week they sent an email they won't pay my winnings. I am not connected to any fraud and all I know they just took my deposit of 1000$!!! and stole 4223$ winnings with no reason.
I have wagered the full amount for the bonus I received and never abused they terms and I don't know of what fraud the accuse me.
