Hi,
I had the same problem playing at elegance casino.
They refunded only my deposit and 3000$ which I earned at the casino.
I'm thinking about taking a lawyer on that case.
I'm not sure how it works but I guess I can either saw them or the company that hosts thier web site.
They can't just steal money from people.
by the way, I think he deposited 1000$ and not 100$.
I had the same offer while I was playing.

Is that all the reason they gave you? What were the terms of the bonus?
Why did they pay you a $1000 depsoit refund when you only deposited $100?
I think any place that is giving $500 in sticky is too go to be true.

However, I also have to say nazilakk that this is your first post here and casinos may behave like this if they think you're a fraudster. In any case I'm expecting Casino Lux to clear this out because if this is as nazilakk claims; then its unacceptable behavior and Casino Lux is best avoided!

The Grand Virtual casinos are not recommended at all any more. There are too many problems getting paid. A few years ago they were ok but I had to pitch a pitch at Casinomeister once when Casino Treasure and Casino Fantasy were advertisers there just for them to award a promised bonus.
OGA (gamingalliance.org) is a scam watchdog organization, apparently accrediting fair casinos with their OGA seal/logo. OGA is owned by Grand Virtual - only their casinos are accredited. Their email to you states you are not welcome in any OGA affiliated casinos, i.e. in any of their casinos. It would be interesting to see the response if any other casinos try and join the group: http://www.gamingalliance.org/members/join.html

CASINOLUX don't pay 5000$ winnings

I played there the signup bonus deposited 100 received 500 sticky bonus
After I cashed in they locked the account and asked for documentation
I sent them the documents and then they sent me this email and returned only the deposit 1000$, I cashed ouyt 5875$ and only 1000$ was returned
I pitched a bitch about 2 weeks ago. I didn't receive any resoponse.
