That's why I asked you to provide me your details - I can find out why they changed your password, which they really are not supposed to do. I don't want the password... LOL...
And yes, they obviously did it to discourage you - which in my opinion is a really stupid thing to do - and you did what any reasonable person would have done - stopped playing there and left with their money!

Well
DOES CHAINGING PLAYER'S PASSWORD BELONG TO CASINO?
WITHOU ANY NOTIFICATION TO PLAYER??
WHAT IS PASSWORD THEN TO PLAYERS, YOU KNOW.
BELOW IS COOL CAT'S T&C
>>The player is obliged to keep his/her private username and password >>secret and confidential. Any use of the software application through the >>player's username is the sole responsibility of the player. The player will >>not allow any third party or person, including and without limitation to any >>minor, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the games >>in any way.
The announcement their acton is implying is clear. They will try to
annoy customers as much as possibe they can do to those who made a
profit ( 500 USD only WTF ).
( No harm to Got2Bet personally )

It's still within the casino's rights to accept whatever bets it wants to. No casino says that they will guarantee wagering limits.
That being said, this is why it's a stupid move to reduce these limits.
1. If a player has won in the past, and the wagering window has been reduced afterwards, the player will likely see the reduced limits and take his business elsewhere. Not only has the casino lost the player, they also lose any chance of regaining the money they lost.
2. If a player has lost in the past, and the wagering window has been reduced afterwards, this is a sure sign that the casino is not willing to offer the player a chance to win his money back. Not only has the casino lost the player, they also mark themselves as a ery dubious place in which to play and it's just a matter of time before they find themselves with no players.

Still, I don't like that kind of maneuver - it's rarely used even in land based casinos today as far as I know, and even then generally used only against people with wild betting patterns which may be indicative of some sort of third-party assistance - and this does not really apply to online casinos. So I would like to keep a close eye on any casino who plays with wagering limits as described.
I won't argue the fact the player has the ability to cash-out rather than proceeding with that kind of BS, But I will ehemently argue that there is absolutely no place in this industry for that kind of BS.
Have a good one.

Hi Ted: This same exact thing happened to me when these clowns first came on the scene. I pretty much detailed it out in another thread here on this forum under Cool Cat (rtg) or something of that nature. The plain and simple fact is if you have any kind of a decent win they (COOLCAT) will switch-up the wager window on you. Have a good one.

Now I realized today after making 2,000 USD winning from 200 USD deposit at Virtual they changed the bet size from $2 - $250 to $10 - $100. This is worse. Is this f:::king nonsense so common? Why are there many crappy crap all over RTG??? I never play such casino that confines bet window. Hope good ones like Phoenician, Nostalgia, Inetbet never do that.

Then shouldn't at least the casino send the e-mail "NOTIFYING"
the password was changed?? It is a complete nonsense. I didn't even get
any information about it. COOL CAT is now even hesitating to pay me
500 USD. What a fragile organization they are.

Hi, if I understood you correctly, in addition to your password changing you also found that your options for bet sizes have also changed.
The two issues are technically not related but from my experience, yes, a casino can change your password (by overwriting it with a new one), and yes, the casino can individually adjust bet limits on players the casino considers a cause for worry.
This doesn't say anything about you personally, but many casinos are worried by high betting players and depending on how flexible, fair, legitimate etc. they are, they may either limit such a player's max bets early on or later in the course of his business at their casino.

How can one casino change the player's password??? What does password mean then. They will do some another trick what I don't know. Do you think this can be done??

Dear folks
Please be aware of Cool Cat Casino.
About a month ago, I became a VIP after accepting the invitation
from them and made a deposit of 4,000 ( total ). Actually I made a
winning of 4,500 out of it in the end. Today, after the delay of
payment, I tried to log in again to this casino to play by comps.
Now you know what happened. My password is changed. WTF.
My password was a******y "before" but when I tried to log in
to the casino ( how can I forget the password after winning of 4,500
out of 4,000 ) I was denied the loggin in. Now since thanks to RTG
casino software, I retrieved the password and the password was changed
to a******y1. WTF. I soon realized they did something to my software.
Now you see they changed to the bet size from 2$ - 250$ to 5$ - 250$
for Blackjack out of which most of my profit came. And the Pontoon was
now unblievably $2 - $5. ( Never checked pontoon before, but this $2 -
$5 is... | | Read Entire Entry |
