Unfortunately thats standard behaviour of all Crypto casinos from what I've heard - they send you emails advertising a particular bonus then don't credit it. Then when (and only when) you've contacted them will they send you an email banning you from bonuses.

When will they learn that all it takes is a single email to any player they decide to exclude (at the point they decide to exclude them) and there will be no future issues?

All this does is tarnish the reputation of all casino's that use the software, and make players not want to play at them.

I have received a mail from Operations Manager Bruce Martin that he has decided to credit my account with £100.

I am banned from future bonus. That's OK. It's their right. Issue resolved.

Thanks to Sirius.

I received your email about it and have asked Littlewoods to give you the last bonus, based on your claim of not having been notified beforehand and being forced to deposit to discover you were restricted from receiving the bonus.

The promo email you received told you that terms and conditions applied and these terms state that some players may be restricted from receiving the bonuses. The promo email is misleading if, as you claim, you hadn't already been notified of the restriction before the promo email was sent out. Saying that, I also think it is sloppy to send out this promo email to restricted players so I have asked them to stop sending it to these players.

It is clear from other message boards that some players were sent the email in good time about restricting further bonuses but other players seem not to have received it until it was too late and they were forced to deposit to find out. The latter group of players should receive the final 25 bonus if they deposited befor...

I accept it's their right, denying me the monthly match bonuses in the future. But I don't find it acceptable to carry through that decision retroactively.

A lot of people received a 'banning email' from Littlewoods in the last few months concerning future bonuses. Are you sure the email was about the current month's bonus or future ones? Having said that, a lot of people didn't seem to receive/read the banning email before depositing, and only found out something was wrong when the instant bonus didn't appear when they deposited.

If you forward me the promo email you received to admin@faircasinos.com, I will contact the Head of the Casino, Philip Kissane (he is above the casin...

I had to email the manager and got this following reply:

---------------------------------------------------

Hello and thank you for contacting the Littlewoods Poker Support team.

I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately we are having a backlog on emails, so if you require an instant response, I would recommend you to call us at the number provided below.

---------------------------------------------------

I was having trouble contacting either their casino or poker support by email. The manager did pass my query to support which was anwered in the same email.

I agree - Littlewoods is a substantial organisation and this sounds more like supplier ineptitude. Doesn't excuse Littlewoods and it doesn't reflect well on their brand either, though.

A casino sends you a bonus offer. The mail includes your name, username and account number.
When you make a deposit according to the bonus offer, the casino doesn’t credit you the bonus as promised.
When you send a mail to support and ask why, you get no answer.
When you send more mails, you still get no response.
When you send a copy of your mails to the manager, you still get no response.
When you inform both support and the manager that you intend to publish the issue, you still get no response.

Of course a casino has the right to stop to offer future bonus. But a decent casino doesn’t carry through a decision retroactively and without informing the player.

My experience tells me that Littlewood is not a decent casino. Can I be wrong?
