Well, these guys seem to give a lot of hassles to unsuspecting players... I've never played there, but my friend used their 500% signup bonus with $100 deposit, and got up to $3,500 balance after fulfilling the WR. He wasn't aware of their 'only 2 x bonus money can be paid as winnings" rule so decided to withdraw everything he had ($3,500-$500 bonus= $3000). There was no answer for about a week from them, I believe, after he sent the withdrawal request and faxback forms/iD's by e-mail. Then instead of processing his withdrawal, they e-mailed him back and said he can only request up to $1000 withdrawal.
...then he had to resend them "withdrawal e-mail" for $1000 and call about a million times during the next two weeks.... About three weeks and a half after his first withdrawal request e-mail was sent, they paid him his $100 deposit + $900 "eligible to be paid" winnings. They gave me the worst service of any online casino.
I had to email over 8 times to get a reponse about my comps, then they tell me i need to fax id , credit info to get comps. That is so crazy

I have played there in the past with no problems. I no longer recommend them as I've been waiting since Thanksgiving for a withdrawal and have received nothing but excuses. First they said I had to wait 30 days. Then 30 business days. Now they don't know when they will pay me. STAY AWAY!

I wouldn't trust c2c too much. They once denied a withdrawal and closed my account for the same reason and I also have never had more than one account. Got the usual run-around, no emails answered, hollow promises on live chat, etc.
I went straight to montana overseas and was paid the full amount after 2 weeks.

The ball would appear to be in his court. C2C has informed me that they do not intend to participate in this discussion so I don't really know how far we're going to be able to move toward a resolution.

I have received information from John Spears at ConnectTo that casts considerable doubt on the claim made here by Thief. To make a long story short they've got evidence of multiple accounts under different identities all trying to cash in on the same bonus. I'll leave it to Mr. Spears to post evidence as he sees fit.

I did note that he hasn't stated directly he didn't have multiple accounts.
Although with what I've read about this casino, they sound like the kind of place that could be pulling a fast one.

I don't know one way or the other whether you signed up for multiple accounts or not, I definitely can give you the benefit of the doubt on that one, and say the casino is simply withholding your winnings.
But when you say that you are disappointed by the lack of faith some showed on the board, you have to keep in mind that one, no, not everyone is simply a casino player, as I believe managers, administartors, site owners, marketers, software execs, etc., etc. read and post on these boards.
But why I think people can be cynical when they read a post like yours is because there are a lot of players who try and pull scams on the casinos, or often times when someone is yelling about a casino screwing them, it is a misunderstanding by the player of the T&C, etc.
So when someone disagrees with a players dispute, or looks at it from the angle that maybe the player is in the wrong, it's not a lack of faith, but a reality of the industry.

NOPE - they just don't want to pay; I managed to fulfill all their little rules & regs regarding cashing out on a free chip, and they didn't much like it.
And to all who are warning us away from Connect To - thanks and I hear ya - I'm just glad I didn't actually trust them with anything important - like my personal financials OR ESPECIALLY my $$$$$!!!

Sounds pretty bad to me. There are scam Casinos out there... Watch out for them. If you see a casino that offers 500 %, or whatever high number %, you think that is legit? You will see it coming when they screw you. Watch out for them. I have never even heard of Connect Casino?

sounds like this guy was busted for multiple accounts. Sounds pretty cut and dry to me. Who in their right mind would come onto this board as a new member making his first post and post this transcript which clearly indicates that Ben and/or Benjamin is trying to scam this outfit? It surely seems like he has done this before.

rightsidethief, i feel for you in that situation but i can hardly imagine that the Connect to casinos database allows such mistakes with 2 records of the same person.
Perhaps that is someone of your family or friends who has opened another account unknown to you?
I do not think that can be a lie. Disgusting... Am I naive?
