You seem to have this knee jerk reaction of saying that folks *hate* you when they disagree or point out mistakes or gaffes on your part, Bethug. You should on occasion examine yourself rather than blame others for your own actions.

Hi Jet: I have no idea as to what this link: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums...read.php?t=7212 refers to. As you may recall I've been banned from the Casinomeister website.
The ery simple facts of this matter are as follows: Bryan Bailey was told in no uncertain terms to PUT UP OR SHUT UP with regards any facts that he has or thought he may have had with regards any untoward conduct on the part of eshee33.
Bryan Bailey has not "PUT UP" any evidence whatsoever with regards any untoward conduct on the part of eshee33. Moreover Bryan Bailey and his one man gang of "fraudster busters" has (thankfully) SHUT UP in the absence of Bryan Bailey being able to defend his totally reprehensible conduct i... | | Read Entire Entry |

[QUOTE=cipher]Hi Jet: Thanks for your comments, but I hav't to tell you from the gate that Bethug has no dog in this "fracas" between Bailey and I nor does anyone else for that matter.UNQUOTE
I don't want to repeat myself so perhaps I could refer you to my post answering Bethug's comments? There is, imo a "dog" here.
QUOTE In point of fact Bailey has not been presented with any substantive evidence of untoward conduct on the part of eshee33 in any shape manner or form. Let me start with this first bit of misinformation, Bethug. You are perhaps not aware of what was going on in the Pirate dispute, or you deliberately choose to ignore it due to your own resentment at being banned at Casinomeister, and perhaps because your imperative is to portray yourself as a player advocate. The industry needs every good advocate it can get - but to be really effective that requires thoroughness, balance and self control imo.
Bailey did intially believe the casino was in the right in the Pirate case. He wasn't the only one. But then he was ery public in admitting that he had been wrong as more facts started to emerge, and he then put all his clout behind the player and ... | | Read Entire Entry |

The sad part he kick cipher off for speaking up for a player. Its cool we no now he runs a dictorship many forums and house holds are run the same way. The union will not be run that way.
He has help many people, and there many others he could not help due to believe the casino and dropping it off what the casinos says. So the union will pick up his slack.
So jetset do you think his banned was ok?
Will u still be looking into this player situation?

bonuslover, if you dont know who cipher is you dont do that much research as i taught. If you still bonus hunting you and not doing well, you need to do a search on his threads at casinomeister and see how well he does.
I think casinomeister is ok sometimes, just seem to be to far on the casino side, i guess drinking beers with them , he thinks they want defraud a customer.
cipher you are a great asset to any forum. Thanks for keeping it real

Hi Bonuslover:
That sounds like a pretty good place to start. I've been playing Blackjack on the internet for going on 7 years now and over six million hands of Blackjack, all of which have been tracked and recorded through the use of a computer program that I co-authored by the name of CIPHER. Over the years I've done pretty well for myself and then about 3-4 years ago I ran across a problem with a casino by the name of Virtual casino and their steadfast refusal to pay $10,000.00 in blackjack earnings that I had compiled over a 2-3 day period of time. Alleging that I had used a robot as well.
The long and short of that story is they didn't want to pay and I told them in no uncertain terms that they would in deed pay a... | | Read Entire Entry |

That's interesting that SBR has removed themselves from assisting the player, but still the fact remains it's highly unlikely a robot was used, which was the original issue.
Although "certain other irregularities" intimates this might not be just your average player enjoying playing at an online casino.

Just reading this , you now the casinos is full of crap. They say he use a robot at first now, it something else. So the casino out right lied. Pay the man.
"The latest little number from these fine folks is where a player deposited $300.00 and parlayed that $300.00 into $11,700.00 with the help of a couple of Basketball parlays in the amount of $6,000.00. Then came the “robot” this and the “robot” that and some wild notion that the player had been playing Blackjack too fast????"

We've been in touch with SBR's Billdozer, who has thrown some independent light on this specific incident. Bill was involved in investigating the player and casino counter claims, and in summary this is what he found:
1) The software provider said there was no conclusive proof of robot play by the complainant, and Bill therefore concluded that there was no justification for the winnings being witheld when this issue first surfaced.
2) However, he feels that Island Casino does have some grounds to investigate certain other irregularities which apparently came to light during the intensive examination of records that attended this complaint.
3) SBR and Bill are "...no longer assisting this player" due to some apparent inconsistencies with which they are not comfortable.
The above is in no way an attack on the complainant's credibility, but a de facto summary from an independent source who has been involved in the dispute.

We're getting a little off topic with this Island Poker digression, but it is worthwhile in order to point out their associations and activities as a warning. The main shareholders are Avi Goldman's ADLM and a BVI investment outfit called eMoneyInvest. At launch last December it was billed as "Flagship of the PokerProfit network"
This is the news bulletin from back then:
ISLAND POKER LAUNCHES
Flagship of PokerProfit.com Network...but how accurate are those numbers?
Interesting newcomer Island Poker (www.poker.cn.st) caught our attention this week with what can only be described as ery bullish claims.
The new site is the flagship of a network which was unfamiliar to us (and is not listed on industry bible Poker Pulse) called PokerProfit.com, with claims of having 45 000 + players registered.
We looked into this a little further and learned that Island Poker (Europe) Limited is a partnership between a British Virgin Isles investment fun... | | Read Entire Entry |

They did a lot more than that:
-They had a bogus promotion (one that could bankrupt them if it was legit)
-They drastically depreciate loyalty points without forewarning anyone
-The software is rigged...in favor of the house players!

dragon,
I'm not sure if Island Poker is part of the Sportbet group, but they are associated with Windows Casino, who are bad news all around.
Their software is provided by the Tiger Gaming company, another operation that is shoddily run, have had slow pay problems in the past, make false claims about number of players, etc.
Island Poker is definitely a "run away from" outfit.

It's not uncommon to hear issues pop up with Sportbet, although Jake usually does show up to defend the company. However, the sheer number of complaints that follow this sports book around makes you wonder. You don't see anything like that for Olympic, WSEX, WWTS, Pinnacle, Will Hill, etc. and when you consider they have many, many more clients...the old, where there is smoke there is fire saying likely applies for Sportbet.

WATCH OUT FOR SPORTBET.COM AND ISLAND CASINO.COM
As most everyone here is aware, I used to do a considerable amount of sports wagering and my interest in internet casinos was secondary to sports wagering. After about 3 years or so, I had a pretty nasty run-in with none other than Scores Sports Book and the matter of $10,000.00 in Blackjack winnings that they (SCORES) were refusing to pay based on their theory that a “robot” had been employed.
Page 2, SCORES ended up paying the 10 large.
Then came the Pirate deal, and the matter of 1.4 million dollars. All of us know the robot issues that came to the forefront there.
Page 2, Pirate was able to finally able to realize the fruits of his labor. I cannot divulge the dollar amount that this matter settled for but let's just say it was a tidy little sum and that the DELANO casinos is no more and that Keith is gone from the HAMPTON casino.
Now we’ve got this SPORTBET.COM and ISLAND CASINO.COM group playing th... | | Read Entire Entry |
