Here is my first attempt to put my 2 cents worth into this sucks issue. I find it interesting that the person who owns the sucks.com is sending players to CM for PAB. If he is such a sleaze in your opinion why do you send these players to him to help?
I also own a sucks.com. For those that do not know me I was injured in a car accident on the clock working for a pizza place. It was a blessing in disguise although I have never recovered 100% from the accident. I bought www.papajohnsucks.com to tell the world how I felt about how poorly my situation was handled. I had unpaid medical bills, was pushed out of my job, was harassed, alll due to this and I worked for them for 10 years. After I left my family was harassed, not just at work, but at home as well. Eventually she was let go and the state ruled against them for how they handled it. All I feel were much more deserving of a sucks.com then being banned from a forum.

Bethug, that link goes back to the infamous Pirate case in February of 2004 and has no relevance to your continual attempts to slag off Bryan Bailey here and elsewhere. As I have said before to counter your repeated and false allegations that BB did not support the Pirate - BB publicly admitted way back that he initially thought the Pirate was a scam artist, but that he was then persuaded by mounting evidence to the contrary and that he subsequently threw his full weight into achieving a solution and exposing the casino operator for what he was - a crook. There were other well known persons who joined him in that...but they did not feel a need to blow their own trumpets about their activities.
From all reports, and I have this on hearsay only which is apparently confirmed by independent posts here, your derogatory site and its scurrilous attacks on a reputable webmaster does not do you, your union or the industry any credit in terms of showing responsible player advocacy.

Good example I never attack a person over there, but on here and there I been attack and others.
Players, webmaster that there free speach cut off can post freely at that forum with out politics.
There a forum that points the player to help people.Also I get emails people thanking me for leading them in to the right place.
There bigger issues than this.
its ok to attack me and cipher, bonuslover a few others,but if i would say what chucho said i woould be banned and you know it true.

Look guys, I like bethug, always have.
I know it would be real difficult for him to now back up and say that a site such as the new sucks is bad for the players, but that is exactly what it is.
I am sure Bryan can laugh at it as I can laugh at the original sucks, and in the case of the original sucks there is no harm done except to my reputation. I could have sued it and the GPWA for what they have done to me, but long decided not to do that.
The new sucks hurts the player community. New players go there and are led to believe that Bryan is not helping players. It divides the entire gambling community. It is a bad thing all around.
Bethug, I have no doubt that you can dish it out and take it - that does not earn respect in my book. That is not anything admirable.
A cool, rational head, that is admirable. I know you have one, I hope you will allow it to be in charge.

I don't know what the problem here is but I've had someone with a problem about them returning just deposits and removing around $700 of winnings from a player. The only response the player has had was :"Security flags were raised at the time you registered your account and made your initial purchase. Your deposits would be refunded.” This player played all the casinos in the English Harbor group within days and won with the sign up bonuses.
This player is a friend of someone I helped before from Canada (who Fortune Lounge claimed at first to be part of a Russian syndicate but six months later did refund his deposit but not winnings) and it is obvious they are playing for bonuses but it doesn't make it right for the casino not to pay out. Another friend of this person also won $2000 or so at Fortune Lounge and they did pay her the winnings months after confiscating deposits at first. Dominique, we can talk about this over phone, or thru emails or on the union forum.
I support the truth. Point to one out truth I have told. We are not in competition with any one. We will work with any one that will help the players. We are players are self. We footing the bill.
The sucks forums, is a way for us to ent, joke and there truth there if you like it or not. I am being attack right now. I have not deleted one post. I am taken it like a man. I can dish it out and take it.
A lot of players are being hurt, things still the same, webmaster still promoting windows, black widow, grand banks and casino fixed bar is still in business. New players go there get jack around and probably never play again.

How can you endorse something like the new sucks? It hurts players, they will not go to pitch a bitch now because you are telling them that it is useless because Bryan is a crook.

Dom, all I see is players being call fraud, and alot of the casinos saying this have lots of complaints. Casinos lied one me a few times. Alot of this casinos are run by crooks.
We need a group that will go to bat for the player and not be so easy sway by what a casino says.

I haven't maintained contact with English Harbour in a ery long time, nor have I advertised them, for my own reasons.
I may advertise them again soon, but until such a time I am totally without influence there. Bryan is the best mediator here. By a long shot.
Damian, this is not just about this player, who was scared off by the new sucks site. You know that for every one player who finds his/her way to the right boards there are a couple dozen who don't.
I wouldn't want to be responsible for new players thinking that not only are casinos cheats but the people who help players are scum too.

timy, casinomeister has help people a long time, me and him had a disagreement about how I felt I been treated on his forum. I said some words and he banned me. Sometime he get busy, Like my self and cant carter to everyone.
No matter how I feel about a person. If I know they can help you out, without selling your self to the devil, I would send you to them or ask them to help.
You can wait to see if your attorney can handle it or pitch a bitch with casinomeister, you also could have ask CPA at the sucks forum that you post on. But you need to let one person try and help you and give them some time.

IMO Casinomeister is extremely reputable. A lot of the major online casino managers actually post there and help with problems. That alone gives me faith and trust that it is a ery influencial and impartial site.
Ive been a "member" over there since last year and cannot say a bad word about it (Just like this site )
Never had to "pitch a bitch" thank goodness but if I had a problem with a casino my first port of call would be either here or Casinomeister.
I havnt been to Damian,s site so cannot comment on it yet but im sure he would try to help you as well.
