I thought Phoenician was no longer RTG??
Inetbet is by far the most reliable and payment is fast and hassle-free
Breakaway is ok as long as you stay away from ideopoker (machines are not full pay)
Can't recommend any of the others. Too many bad experiences.
Tried to play at Bodog but for some reason they don't accept players in Canada?

Well so far my most postive experiences with RTG casinos have been:
Inetbet Casino-pay within a few hours to a day or so.
Bodog Casino- hard for me to win here but gave me a little bonus for my birthday and the sportsbook is real good, pay in 24.
Sci-Fi Casino-Breakaway Sister
Breakaway Casino-pay many times the same day to 24 except for weekends.
Shark Casino-pay the same day if request withdrawal before 11am EST.
Phoenician Casino-when they were RTG with instant withdrawals.

GambleGirl - Kiss casino is part of the Giant Vegas group. Based on that, they're hardly to be recommended. There are many complaints currently about slow pay and poor responsiveness from that lot. I would certainly never go back.
Phonecian do currently seem to have a good rep. Pity about their advertising standards, but you can't have everything. At least they pay fast
iNetbet, in spite of silly rules regarding max cashouts on freebies, have to stay in the top spot. No gimmicks, no crappy promotional campaigns, just solid business.

Phoeinician and Inetbet are good, especially the mangers, Dean and Emily, have good reputation. But I hate the dealer of their blackjack games there. LOL~

BetNetCLub, lmao. They have been rogue for years. Now they merged with Palace Of Chance Group, who themselves are rogue. Not sure who bought out who but since they both have long been thieves it really doesnt matter.
BTW, It is way way too early to consider CoolCat reliable.

I don't know about Betnetclub. If you like them you'd also like BetMax, Blast21, and others of that ilk.
Coolcat is too new to say one way or the other.
Bodogs will soon be RTG so should be alright. I haven't heard anything negative about Kiss casino either.
Not too encouraging, is it? There are over 40 RTG casinos out there and most of them dogs.
