stay away from this one...hadn't heard of them before either, so i just entered them into the PlayersJet database and they received a score of 29 (of a possible 100)...one of the lowest scoring casinos we have reviewed so far...and we have over 800 of them in our database...

This thread is about dragonpalace, not palaceofchance.
BTW Three days down the line and these dragonpalace folks have yet to respond to some ery basic questions about their operation which we have asked on three seperate occasions.
That does not put my mind at ease regarding this online casino.

Palace of Chance casino just cheated me out of 10,000. They are crooked and have accused me of charge backs in other casinos and egas magis. this is false. I didn't even know what a charge back was until they accused me. If there were any chargebacks they weren't done by me. they just don't want to pay me. I have had some problems with my bank, which I have now changed to another one, rejecting ach transactions and echecks, but I paid every dime back. I was new at online gambling and I was learning. Stay away they are crooks and should be off the internet. buckly13

The answer is clear: There aren't too many satisfied customers out there, instead there are too many unanswered questions.
I would be a fool to throw eggs (my gaming money) on hard rocks. Better just stay with casinos like Royalvegas, Lasseters, and casinowebcam.

Never heard of an outfit called Digital Games, I'm afraid. All I can find on the domain digitalgames.com is that it's for sale!
I would treat this casino with caution until we know something more about it and it is more responsive to questions.

Sming, I completely agree, thisd is the best way to make sure we can reduce any negative experiences and that's by sharing information. You can usually tell right away who is exaggerating the good side (for personal gain of some sort), and often the bad posts are driven by an agenda that isn't alid, and weed them out - but for the most part, when you get feedback from players on casinos, or software providers, it is ery aluable info to help all future decisions.

Thanks, Bethug, for your advice.
I would like to see more positive feedbacks to feel confident about a new casino.
Why? Because I have been burnt before. Either by fixed a "random" number generator, or by insincere customer service, or by management who does not care a hoot about their long term reputation, only about the smell of the green bill.
How can we players protect ourselves? I think by sharing our authentic, non-exaggerated experience/feelings. If out of 10 responses 8 are positive, we have good reason to feel comfortable. Would you agree?

right off the back, do a yahoo, msn, search nothing.
Also dont play at any casino unless you sign up thru a webmaster that will have your back.
