Don't know why but i have at least 5 M.G. sites downloaded and do not have any problems at all.Occassionally the connection is a bit slow, but I figure that the problem is satellite interference, weather problems. All my sites run perfectly. One thing I do though, when I download I disconnect my firewalls, install all the software, disconnect, restart firewalls and then immediately run a irus scan, works for me.

An update which will fix the issue with slow cards and slots will be out shortly, though I don't have a specific date.
They are still looking into the issue with sudden crashes. But strangely enough, I haven't crashed lately.
Colly, could you please send me some details about your computer? O/S, browser, speed, amount of RAM, ideo and sound cards if you know the details. Also, amount of hard disk space available and total disk space.

Quote ....who were strapping rubber hoses to their inside leg which allowed them to pee straight onto the carpet so they didnt have to leave the table?? Unquote
I guess that could also be construed as misleading advertising!

Does everyone know about the guys at Crown Casino who were strapping rubber hoses to their inside leg which allowed them to pee straight onto the carpet so they didnt have to leave the table?? - the Casino had to replace whole sections!
Incredible.

Sound is permanently on "mute"- can't stand the cheesey MUSAK casino's seem to insist on (I guess tis the online equivalent of the tasteful carpets in the land casinos!)

Yep - there is definitely something going on.
Since the update, the ideo poker cards dont turn smoothly like they used to and there seem to be delays between spins on the new slots.
Lets hope they sort it out!

There appears to be another bug apart from the unasked for shut downs while playing ideo slots.
Every time I want to shut the casino down it allows me to disconnect but then freezes the computer- cannot get the page off the screen and it won't even allow the command shutdown box to come up- The last three times I have had to switch the computer off at the wall! It also appears to have connection difficulties I generally have to make 2 to 3 login attempts.
This is pretty woeful for a major software providor.

I am surprised that this issues has not come up in testing, since a lot of people seem to having problems and it is not restricted a particular hardware or software configuration.

There is real concern and study on this problem, which has generated over 30 complaints at the other site.
The issue has been reported to MGS, and they have a dedicated technical and development team carrying out an in depth investigation and trying to replicate the problems that some players are encountering so they can run the glitch down.
Several operators have have also expressed concern after receiving reports from their players.

I had this every second go on one of the slots and on every win - with reentry required 12 times- seemed to work on the VP OK but any of the slots- same thing. Gave up in the end.
I advised the casino of this but they didn't give any response or seem interested

I gave the new games a try, and there is definitely something wrong with the new MG software. One one occasion the casino just quit after the second spin on Mermaid's Millions, on another I got "casino error 2". Does anyone closer to the industry know when this will be fixed?
