I recently read that POC now has an association with CoolCastCasino.com and that Bianca Fox of CoolCat is now managing this operation. Why not mail her at bianca@coolcatcasino.com? Could be worth it.

Palace of Chance just will not pay me. They have accused me of NSf's last September in Vegas Magic. I have sent for my records and I did not owe anyone in Vegas Magic. I have hardly played in that casino or Palace of Chance. I really am not sure why they won't pay me. There is no excuse. They were paid for my deposit because I have received my credit card bill. I have done nothing wrong. I have sent back 3 fax back sheets, my drivers license, a copy of each credit card registered whether I used it or not and a utility bill with my name on it. All of my credit cards have my name on them and all of my transactions have been paid. I have nothing to hide. I even sent my SS#. They have as much information on me as the US government, probably more. They should have paid me. It has been a month and they emailed me and said my papers were accepted and approved. ON 11/30/04 THEY SAID IT WOULD ONLY BE A FEW MORE DAYS AND NOW THEY ARE DRAGGING THEIR FEET.

Contact montana, if you have a problem. However palace of chance has allways paid me. Did you fill out the faxback and send out utilitybill and picture id besides it?
More detailed complaints would help alot more, so that we here know the whole story.

There are a few places that will help you if you have a genuine case. Some won't deal with RTG firms.
I'd say post About It Here , keep to the point, business-like and bear in mind the forum you will be posting at is a forum for gambling webmasters, not gamblers.
They will help you if they can.
