I am sure about the part that it still is in rogue hands though :/

I have given up on this dispute a while as I realized that there is no term I can rely on. It would be different had I won.
Ted got out of this luckily but the history has been written.

It usually takes longer than a few days - Montana is pretty slow but they seem to get there in the end and it's better than the previous RTG system which was ery "hands off" with no avenue for complaints.

Sorry to put my 2 cents worth in here but from the little i have been reading on this forum and my girlfriend reading on another forum it seems that Most RTG either will not pay, stall payment or change terms and conditions to suit there purposes to me its wrong and maybe the High Officials of online gaming should look at this ery closing and close all offending online casinos that way us newbies to online gambling to know ery little wont get caught like i did hope all goes well for you.....

Schankwart, just reading about two hours of your post and problems. And this one for sure.
If you agree not to use bonus. and you do you in the wrong.
Ted let you back into the casino, on a condtion not to use a bonus. You knew good and well, you didnt suppose too.
My sister has agreement not to take any bonus with breakaway casino, even thru they send them. She ask me onetime can she take I said , we had agreement not to use bonus.
You have realy hurt your self and others.
I dont even like cirrus casino. I would not depoist there no more in my lifetime.
riverbelle, intercasino, william hill love to give out bonus. Stick with them , there well funded and they might be able to handle you.

VT,
Really?
It was actually:
a) You cannot redeem bonuses over 100%,
b) Your play through requirements will always be 30 times,
c) Bonuses are totally non-cashable,
d) on all the bonuses over 40%, 10 times max. cash out rule applies.
I wonder why I remembered a barring, must be the back of my brain interpreting those clauses as such.
Anyway,

Hi VirtualTed, so I had one feather in My hat that I had forgotten about... I admit that you did the right thing in my case...
What of the friend I mentioned? Playing -free chip or not - cashing in is where the true colors of a casino's are. You had bad press. You did however pay her, which instilled 'some trust in her, but you took your sweet time going about it'. Then you ban her, of sorts. You lost a customer. Don't you know that it's when you please someone that they come back to deposit their hard-earned dollars?
It's called investing.
Whit me and my depise of losing it was disbursing

Vted.
If you give people $30 free in chips, some are gonna get to $50 and some are gonna cashout.
An opportunity is available to you to further your investment in acquiring the player.
So, You actually pay the player immediately and then carry this attitude into the player/casino relationship....
Quote:
As for your friend from what you wrote she NEVER deposited was given 30.00 free chip, was PAID 50.00, and than he was aghast that because of his play we would than limit her play in the future after all ready paying them. Wow
It says it all son. It is policy right ~ you don't know who the player is, so it must be generic policy..
Most gamblers lose in the long run without anyones help whatsoever. You don't seem to afford them the liberty of the time needed to do just that.
You mess with peoples buzz and don't even know it.
I dunno, Peace to you is about all I can say.

Hi, all,
Perhaps VirtualTed can tell what happened to VirtualDanny who barred me,reading me my rights and kept bombarding me with offers. When I unsubscribed the offers still kept coming and coming... You wouln't be identical twins perhaps?
The offers came through another VirtualNews or something along the same crap. The feathers in my hat are 3 wins capturing the 25% cashable, one of those three I went for the gusto and got paid, after threats to go public big time with your baloney.
Funny Thing is, a friend of mine got a measly free $30, turned it into fifty and cashed in - and he got the same letter I got, she was aghast - while my 'tenure' with you was months, no choice, 'cause that's what it takes to get paid. You might remember me as sweet lil' ScrappyOne.

However..

Additionally, I believe the player was told even if he had won, he would not have been payed out. By default his wagers are then oid and I trust you have returned the players deposit..

I was in a lose-lose situation here as I already explained before nut the Casino managed to rip me off here, wether it was intentionally or not.
I know as a FACT that (at least) other RTG Casinos do block specific players from being able to redeem ANY coupon and I would be too surprised if Virtual did not have that function.
They sent ME the invitation and I accepted it.
What happened afterwards was/is a shame and would have probably been ery easy to avoid IF the Casino wanted to.
Yes Universex, it would definetely be a good idea to close ALL player's accounts here now so things like this will not happen anymore.

I agree with Dirk's and Lucky's posts; Schankie knows the online gambling ropes ery well and he has not denied that he acknowledged and accepted Tej's directive that he would no longer be eligible for bonusing.
But I'm surprised that the software does not make it possible to disable promo offers from within an individual account on a continuing basis, and perhaps that needs some attention from the provider as this seems to be a recurring, embarrassing and probably time-consuming problem.
We repeatedly hear complaints about players who have opted out remaining on casino mailing lists, but this is another dimension to this sort of problem and surely it can be technically addressed?

Schankwart - I really think you are being unfair on the casino here. They sent you a mail letting you know you are excluded from future promotions which you received,so why you'd then go and redeem coupons expecting to be paid is beyond me.
The bottom line is they've not refused you any winnings, confiscated bonuses or the like - even from these promos you did when you already new you were excluded (granted that is because you lost).
Ted - this could have been handled slightly better (I can see where Schankwart is coming from to a certain extent). All you needed to have done is dis-enable the coupon function in the players accounts you don't wish to take part. This completely takes away any possibility of this being an issue whatsoever - I mean what happens if you sent out the mail letting someone know they were excluded but they didn't receive it and played the offer? It would then be unfair not to pay them.

Luckys., this issue has nothing to do with selfcontrol.
It seems as if you did not understand the point of this problem correctly.
-I sure enough would not have played the offered promotions had I been made aware of that I was NOT eligible.

Schankwart - it appears like the pitboss is right here - if you can't control yourself you shouldn't gamble. The pitboss has made it clear that you're not eligible for any promotions - you said that they should have banned you; no they didn't have to since they had already warned you and really these days I don't even bother claiming bonuses - they're not worth the hassle - if i play and lose I'm usually given comps by management after some time (that's why i love inetbet)

Yes Ted, I am an "experienced" player... Otherwise I would not even have understood what was going on here!
The bonuses have been offered EXPLICITLY for ME in my Casino account. Additionally when an RTG Casino blocks you from receiving bonuses you are usually not even able to redeem the codes but you let me redeem and play the offers no problem!
You could have EASILY blocked the codes from me if you wanted to, but you chose not to and even advertised for them in my personal account.
The note I previously agreed on apparently gave you all legal right to do this. Luckily you are the one who sets its own terms here and there is not always an option for the player to get what he earns. This business is all about TRUST!

When I got back to the casino yesterday, I could have ignored the players e-mail, or denied what support had told him, because he had all ready lost at this point, but I responded to him, reiterating the corespondence that we had earlier. I also told him that with out closing his account, I can not make an exception for 1 player of out of 250,000 depositers. This is why I told him that my original letter superseeded "ANYTHING" else he would receive.
So let me throw this out to the players out there, how could this have been handeled differently, and please remember that in my dealings with this player, I know he is an experienced player, who is always fully aware of all terms and conditions. Would love to hear some constructive comments, to help eleviate situations like this in the future.
