I have had Problems also with coolcats where i won some money and after meeting all requirements they wouldnt pay after countless email still no where i went back to the site only to find my withdraw denied and they took all the withdrawed amount requested wich was just over $100 still to tihs day i have had no cheque,no payment and No Explantion.....

This is an industry where all the casinos espouse how important customer service is, how that's what seperates them from the thousands of other online casinos, etc., etc., but in reality, ery few operators have it right in this department.
And it's not just a problem at the small ones, or the "rogues", but from top to bottom you can find plenty of examples of serious lapses in customer service protocol.

we ran some test on a few casinos, and some dont repond to email ery well, and they all seem to be connect to cirrus casino.
