I'll also add Aces High to the list. I had a hiccup withdrawing initially this month after playing here for the first time in well over a year. Can't go wrong with 32Red, BoDog is also good, pretty much the only RTG I'll play at nowadays.

32Red should be top of your list; iNetBet is a great operation too (although stingy with bonuses).
May I also suggest the Trident Lounge group (Trident Lounge, King Neptunes, Vegas USA) which is also excellent in terms of quick payment, support, and honesty. Their bonuses aren't the greatest but it sounds like this isn't an issue for you.

luckynugget has paid me no problem over two years.
There no problem with them. most problems with a casino like luckynugget you have alot of people that dont read the terms

You've done your homework I see! Good choices! INETBET is the most solid RTG casino, and you wont get burned there... and 32RED is the best Microgaming Choice! I know I've read several complaints about Lucky Nugget either no-pay or slow-pay in the past, so I wouldn't recommend them.
