Ian, so true.
I think a lot of the time other casinos that also use PT software suffer because of those casinos that misuse it. Just because one PT casino has a bad reputation, it doesn't mean that all casinos who use their software will be rogues. Like for example with Micro-gaming, Riverbelle is brilliant, but some other one using the software might not be. But in general, I have had good experiences with MG.

All of the major casino software platforms Playtech gives some of the strangest results. All online games are streaky to some extent but tend to even out in the long term although there is no saying what will happen in an individual session. I have to say that Playtech is one exception where my long term results are not satisfactory and pale in comparison with for example Cryptologic or Bossmedia. I have played JoB, BJ and BJ Switch and it is only rarely that I feel I'm getting a random game.
Recently I have started playing Playtech's live BJ. Can't make any conclusions at the moment since I've played probably less than 500 hands but the results seem okay at the moment. Didn't really notice any unusual play that bonuslover mentioned (by bots/casino personel) although I did record one session and found that non-basic strategy plays on the table did little to affect my results. I think crazy plays are just the norm for some people (splitting 4s against dealers 10?!?!) I think Bonuslover said th... | | Read Entire Entry |

Playtech has emerged (or rather, surpassed RTG) to be the 2nd leader.
Their games are rigged to pay 98%. Some would still consider that to be fair.
Again, their live games is a joke

I tend to agree. I dont think PT software is fixed, just a little streaky perhaps.
PT casinos have suffered from the reputation of some of their more rogue-ish operators.

I agree that you have to be careful when choosing a reliable casino to play with and inthis case it is no exception.
To be honest Playtech is ok. I think we need to realise that it is not the software that pays us out, but the casino that is using the software. So basically I think if you are experiencing problems with cashing in your money its not because of Playtech but because of the brand of casino you are playing at.
When I played at casino Tropez it was great, and I had great service but when I played at casino USA it was the total opposite and note, both are with Playtech. So be careful people, and choose your casino carefully.

Dear Ian,
about speed, I also have speed problem (simple 56k connection here) but it is still ok. I lose some camera clarity, it is like photo-shots instead of ideo.
About the limits, I have noticed that in some casino, (in bj) the minimum is 5 but on others the minimum is 1 !? (eg megasport, new york, carnival etc) probably has to do with the casino policy...

Thanks for your answers. Tim u r right. Don't worry, I am not so naive to believe that I will become rich through live games. Its true that I am new to the online casino and begun to explore their world (real chaos for a new player) before 3 months. So far generally, I am lost financially and I find it natural but I like and want the thrilling of the games and the way of winning and losing is always ery interesting (and of course the perventage).
Underneath all the tests, lies the question how fair the systems are.
About payments, I don't have experience yet in playtech casinos and I cannot say. With sportingbet casino and eurobet I have tried and all payouts were just right. Especially eurobet had debit the money directly to credit card the ery next day 3 times!
I enjoyed ery much the sportingbet casino with the multiplayer option. I did notice some ery strange behaviour in some games but I am not sure. Where I had nice results is the Global roulette of Eurobet, in which I checked ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Just consider yourself lucky, and don't be foolish enough to expect things to go your way all of the time because the odds aren't in your favor. Did you cash in your winnings and actually receive the money? That's the flip-side of the coin. You may win sometimes, but getting paid at some online casinos can be a hassle to put it mildly.

Hello,
I would like to ask if somebody has experiences with the live ersions of the casinos of playtech software. They are really impressive and so far I had quite good experience, but it seems too good to be true (and fair). What do you think?
