Bumping this up to give a final update on my case.
I'm happy to report that all my outstanding claims with Miss Millions have now been paid. I want to give credit to Montana Disputes for fairly considering my complaint and taking appropriate action. Also special thanks to Jetset for his assistance in this process.

"Who owns Player Security (they state they're a privately owned auditor and processor)?"
I think this outfit and the old Safebet and Montana are all owned by the same person(s).
Guess who?
Yeah, that sounds about right. Let's hope Montana steps up and does the right thing with clearing up payouts after yet another RTG mess.

That is messed up, sdaddy. I eventually got paid and it appears that most others have too, so it is NOT right to avoid this huge payout. Are they trying to "forget" about the one player that happened to make the most money off of them? RTG had better take care of this, and at the ery least start with a response. What's up with this, Montana? Jetset, can you help him?

Well they have definitely NOT paid all their winners. I'm still waiting on 17K of my Miss Millions balance from Player Security, with no response to my recent emails. I complied with all their requests for documents, and my unpaid balance agrees exactly with the closure email they sent me three weeks ago. There is no excuse why my case is not being resolved like it has been for other players.
If RTG wants to show players they will look out for them in these closure situations, I suggest they urge Player Security management to expeditiously complete its responsibilities to pay the affected players.

Is this a good thing they're involved?
Schankwart - good to hear your withdrawal was processed, but unfortunately the comp points are worthless - I guess it could be worse though, especially when dealing with an RTG operation.

"Greetings on behalf of the Miss Millions Casino administration.
As you might have read on our website, Miss Millions Casino will be closing permanently on February 22, 2005. Since the casino operation is not running anymore, Player Security (www.playersecurity.com), a privately held casino auditor and processor is taking care of all the steps required to process unsettled transactions that were left in the Miss Millions' systems. We are a professional assurance system and we will try to achieve the best possible solution for all players of Miss Millions Casino.
Due to the Casino closing, comp points will not be redeem anymore."
..."Playersecurity.com" has an excellent record for not honoring legit wins in the past. -Fortunately though I am now paid my outstanding withdrawal from Miss Millions in full.
However, it is truly disgusting to see all my Comp-points to be oided now. I have ~$200 sitting in my Miss Millions account now... but t... | | Read Entire Entry |

This just in from RTG and Montana. I have pointed out the problems already raised by players here, and urged them to get both Miss Millions and Montana geared up to respond professionally to player emails.

I'm pretty sure they already know what's going on with this strange closure procedure, but I have drawn the attention of RTG execs to this and the casinomeister thread anyway.
Let's hope they get on the ball and smooth things out.

RTG has apparently been contacted about this and the advice they gave is not really helpful, given these incorrect zero balances that people are finding on their accounts. And there are similar complaints to these at the other site.
The advice is that everyone who has an account with Miss Millions should contact the casino and request withdrawal, presumably in the same email. This all sounds a little ****eyed, because the accounts are showing zero, but apparently RTG says the casino should be able to handle this in a prompt fashion; there should be no cause for worry.
Exacerbating this strange way of dealing with things, is the advice that if the casino does not respond, then a complaint ia Montana should be made - we all know that they are not the fastest when it comes to efficiency, and one can only hope that a flood of complaints will not throw them off the rails and take even longer to finalise.
If I have interpreted the above correctly, then this seems a pretty half... | | Read Entire Entry |

I am still owed $2500 from Miss Millions and have been fighting for that payment for over a month and a half. I filed with Montana a WHILE ago, and they have updated saying the "final findings" were sent to the casino, but it is hidden from iew for the player (me). I received the same email posted in Joker's Wild, except mine admits they owe me $2500. However, today I logged in and the software updated... then noticed that my withdrawal was missing from the withdrawal section... and nothing was in the account history about it either! WTF is going on??
I'm getting really annoyed by their behaviour in this and RTG's lack of contact with the players who are owed. I know there are others because they ran a pretty heavy Christmas time promotion. If you are owed by Miss Millions, please post here and we can figure out what to do from here. If I do not get my $2500, I will never play another RTG.
