You are right Dealerbusts.
In any case, I suggest all players to be cautious when receiving more than 1 bonus. They have many bonuses, monthly, alternative paying method, lowalty, weekly lucky draws, top wagering and other promos running at any time. So dont get excited when you loggin and a message appears telling you have this "surprise" bonus. Its better to ask to receive just the one you want and not accept any other, always before u start to play.
As for me, I finally choose to try to reach their WR, lost any winnings and after I erified I have met (by email), I played my favorite (no WR allowed) games and I have winnings again! I just gave my first-time withdraw request and will let you know when I actually receive the money.
Paul04, inform us also when u receive your money.

Personally I have problem that I didn't expected with Europa.
After my last deposit, they gave me 2 bonuses:
One for paying method (15%) and one for monthly bonus (100% up to 100).
Now that I have won in some games and I asked about WR left, they tell me I have to play (deposit+first bonus * 8 times) + (deposit+second bonus * 8 times) !

So far it looks like my full cashin will be processed. I have resent them my ID as I made an error the first time.
Support have confirmed my full cashin will be processed but I will keep my fingers crossed.

I'm hearing that this casino is actually paying winnings now after attempting to steal with the old ruse of "detected a history of abusive bonus activity" scam. My guess is David Alexander (DAvidA here at WOL) is cleaning up another potential mess before it occurs. PM him here or e-mail him to get your money.

Hi Mr Freebie,
I got the invitation but have not played there. I have played at the two sisters with no problem. I am not sure if I should play or not. Since they sent me an invitation I assume that it's ok to play.
However, one player has his winnings unpaid. I think I will just watch this one for awhile. Curious to see if this player gets paid and if any more players get stiffed.

This is nothing to do with the new Playtech casino of similar name.
This is the 16th licensee of CasinoWebCam's "live over the internet" service and the client, Casinos Europa claims to be the largest land casino owner group in Costa Rica.
They've only just launched so it is perhaps teething problems. It shouldn't happen, but it does occasionally.

Casino Europawebcam is not the same as Casino Europa.
Casino Europa is run be Casino Partners (casino delrio, casino tropez, egas red). This company is widely known to be unreliable.
I am not sure who owns Europawebcam. I doubt Casino Partners has anything to do with it though.

apperently Europa runs Costa Rica's largest land based casinos. Just read an email from CasinoWebcam claiming this? They have partnered up with Europa to make EuropaWebCamCasino or something.

I made the mistake of opening an account with Europa. Every time I call I get a different answer as to why I haven't been paid. For the record, their "finance" dept works until 1AM EST...
Why don't these places just admit when they're out of money?

I joined and played at a new playtech casino called Europa Casino.
Checked all the terms and conditions and deposited £50 and got a £50 bonus.
I played and got slaughtered down to only a £6 balance but managed to recover after £2000 of wagering to £90.
I played no banned games.
I withdrew my £90 balance and then recieved this email.
Note that I played at Casino Europa and not Casino Tropez.
