These guys had issues with players when they were operating with Futurebet software before their change to Playtech - if you look in the archives here and at the other site under Indio Casino you'll see the detail.

Here is how they proceed not to pay you:
One month after you made your withdrawal and sent the documents, they send an e-mail saying that a bank draft has been sent to your adress. But, due to postal slowness, you will have to wait 21 working days - ie one month.
One month later, having received nothing, you contact them. What do they do? Of course, they claim your documents....And so on...Be wary of them, they dishonest and they are liars.
