In my experieince, Neteller has been the best way to fund and receive payouts from the ast majority of online casinos. Yes, sometimes the fees can be a bit of a pain.
But for quick payouts from reputable outfits, Neteller has consistently been the best method.

Thanks...I've played Bell Rock, but not the other. After you get established, then the casino will let you choose your method of payment for winning at some casinos, so is that why you think everyone online should have a Neteller account?

32 Red and the Belle Rock group are two of the best when it comes to timely payouts. For what it's worth - everyone playing online should have a Neteller account, even if you don't always use it.

Thanks for the advice/information, MrWolf! I have used Neteller, but I wish I could change bank accounts that I use, so I just didn't use it this time. I like Click2Pay...I "think" that it too is a supposedly way to pay where you get your money in a more timely fashion. Still waiting! Ha!

Good to hear it worked out. That's interesting Citadel has a seven day hold, good to know though.

There is a seven day hold for using Citadel. I was surprised. But just wanted to let you know that I FINALLY received my winnings! The holidays, in addition, held it up about 5 more days, which I think shouldn't hold up any winnings by five whole days. But at least they do payout! I was getting worried because I was told so many different dates by their reps. I thought I should and would receive the check within about 48-72 hours, but that never happened. Anyway, I did get it finally.

dpc123,

I've never used Citadel - is the hold up with them, or actually with Music Hall processing it?

The last letter I received was that I would have my check processed on the 24th. Today I got a letter saying because of the holidays, it wouldn't be until the 29th. I don't understand why they don't know this information beforehand. I have had so many run-arounds with getting my check! They should have told me this to begin with. I've been told several different dates so far. I guess they don't know what's going on!

I hope I don't have any problems! I just found out that they won't process my cash-in until the 24th because I used Citadel. I got about five different answers on when it would be processed and wasn't too happy about that though. I've never cashed in before and should have. However, it has been a pain. I am still waiting on my check. Hopefully, it will finally be processed on the 24th of this month. That is an awfully long time to wait for me. It's amazing how they take the money instantly, but I am having to wait to get my first cash-in! I'll let you know when/if it finally comes through. Hopefully it will be before New Year's Day! Thanks for the advice!

I received a courier in 48 hours. You shouldn't have any problems with getting the "run-around" if everything is straightforward. I expect everything will be processed and you'll have your payout soon.

I finally cashed in a total of $1800; I've lost even more there though at MH. Then one person said he wouldn't flush my money until everything went through with Citadel (7 days), even though I've been using them for a long time with no problems. Then, another person went ahead and flushed it immediately right after I received the letter from the first guy. Also, I was told I could use a courier for $25 by the BOTH people. Then I wrote them and told them I wanted to use the courier service, and THEN I received a reply that ONLY people who have "been with them a long time" could use this process! I was angry after two people told me I could use the courier. Now it is being sent to finance for them to decide. I told them that I was a Platinum VIP player and had spent a lot more than I ever cashed in. In fact, I am bad about not cashing in, so I finally did. I guess I'll see on Monday. I am going to be really upset if they hold it for seven days and don't send it ia courier, as I was promised twic...

Jetset=Right , once again.. it is Casino Action group by Microgaming. You wont be having any problems getting paid from Musichall. Casino Action Group Is reputable.

This is a bit off topic, but i dont think Winward groups is financially strong. I think the sofware sucks, and they sometimes dont pay winners. Also they used to own Delano Casino with RTG software, which closed down, and wais having problems getting a thounsand dollar winnings paid to me (took about 3 weeks) Havent heard any complaints for a while , but there used to be..
