Has anyone noticed any of the promised customer service improvements??
I think that they have had enough of time by now to get their major problems solved.

Hi. I have played at all but 2 of the Microgaming Casinos (all of the casino groups you have mentioned are microgaming casinos).
I have also played zillions of spins on all of their slots.
Basically, they are all the same. I am convinced that the payout % is the same for all microgaming slots across all of their casinos.
If i am correct, then it really doesnt matter which of their casinos you play, they all play the same.
However, their are differences in other areas like:
1. how quick they pay
2. the quality of their customer service.
etc.
These are the qualities you should use to decide which to play.
You can do searches on this board for almost all of these casinos and read posts to decide which ones are best in the above areas.

I was just wondering what any of you thought of JackPot City when it comes to SLOTS???
Also, if anyone has any knowledge of how efficient/timely their pay outs are, I would love to know about this?? In particular, if you SPECIFICALLY use FirePay, Click2Pay, or Citadel is there a long wait to get your winnings, as is done at many other casinos? I know they are affiliated with Bell Rock, and though I have played at one casino of theirs in particular a couple of times, I have never cashed out nor did I play much there. I just want to know of any information about this particular casino, along with other BellRock casinos that you may have play at in regard to fairness (of slots) and also in regards to pay outs.
I would be much appreciative if anyone would let me know about this particular casino. OR if you know of anymore Bell Rock casinos that you would prefer over JackPot City especially when it comes to slots, I would love to know which ones and why, if you don't mind.
