I've been playing at Acropolis Casino for a while, and not ONCE had a withdrawal. I stopped playing online for a while and when a week ago it was my birthday, Acropolis was the only casino that gave me a birthday bonus. I played and managed to win $700 (minus a $70 bonus, for a cashout of $630).
I cashed out and since it was my first time, they sent me an email asking for documents. Funny how they want to get to know me as soon as I win, but when I'm losing they don't care who I am. So I sent them the documents. A week later, still no response. I've sent emails upon emails, and nothing. There is nobody in the live chat in the casino.
I understand that after the attacks in London last week things might be hectic - I even sent them an email saying how sorry I felt and how I hoped everyone was ok. But still no response and now i'm just starting to think that they don't want to pay.
