That's a ridiculously long time frame to wait for your money, particularly on the sports side of the industry. The funny thing is, plenty of players have had to wait longer. Request a withdrawal from Pinnacle and it's in your Neteller in more like 1 to 5 HOURS, not this Royal BS of 15 days.
There is absolutely no reason to play at Royal, with all the other good options out there (Pinnacle, Olympic, 5 Dimes, VIP, and on and on).

I can confirm today that Betroyal has paid the full amount, but since it took them a month and tons of kind e-mails (no phone erification), i'm not going to play them again. Thanks for the feedback people, I'll send this url to Betroyal now and spot for reactions

I had one really good experience around 8 months ago with this PT casino. Won big on Video Poker and they paid out in 4 days ia NETeller. I know there have been some changes in management there since their move from Curacao to Costa Rica. You may have also read this snippet from the WOL blog a few days back :

Hey
did anyone else have problems with Betroyal not paying or processing withdrawals real slow in the past? I cashed out close to $1400 on June 12. on June 21 I recieve the 'thank you for your withdrawal!' e-mail you usually recieve just after withdrawing, they actually claim I made the withdrawal on June 20 (8 days late).
Anyhow I've been in contact with them several times ia e-mail (kindly) asking when I can expect to see my winnings, since their website says: 1-5 business days for processing + 7-10 business days to hit NETeller account (at the most 12 business days alltogether, right?). This is the 16th business day, counting from their June 20. Three weeks since the withdrawal was made in reality. Here's a few e-mails:
