That's good to hear about 32Red and extreme, but unfortunately you landed at BetRoyal. They are notorious for slow-paying, both on the casino side and the sportsbook.
If you really want the money (rather than keep playing with it), you'll get it, but right now they are trying to keep you playing and hopefully you'll lose the rest of your account. They'll do whatever they can to keep that money in your account so you'll keep playing.
Again, if you leave it alone and keep badgering them to pay out, you will get it, it'll just take some diligence.
It's the sad truth when dealing with Royal.
Good advice above, especially about knowing the T&C's and always do a search on the message board here before depositing with a casino.

Thanks for your advice, as I said , I learned the hard way. I did get my cash out from 32Red today, that was nice, if it hadnt been the weekend would have been sooner. I also played at extreme once even though its an rtg, I didnt use deposit bonus and cashed out and had my money in neteller within 5 minutes. That was awesome! Would be nice if they all processed that quickly. Im still waiting for a cash out from bet royal, since July 15, on the 23rd they put it back in my account saying I needed to send fax forms I had already sent them on the 19th. Just their way of stalling. Now had to wait the 10 days or so again. Please keep the advice comming, I really appreciate it.

These are all good points. I would also add that you should do some research before depositing at any casino, search for the name of the casino on the message boards here and you will get an idea whether the casino is trustworthy or not. As far as I know, only RTG has limits on cash-outs if you play with a bonus, it should not be a problem with other casinos.

Simply put--If you take a bonus,you must know the T & C's.If you don't understand the terms,contact casino support for a clarified explanation.Save the email in case of a issue that might develop.It's your money you're laying out,don't bet with a bonus unless you're exactly sure what you need to do to comply.Also make sure you are playing at only reputable casinos,there are alot of rip-offs who will take your money with HUGE first time promo's,but if you win,it could be hell trying to get paid.One other point that most novices miss- ONE acct per household,computer,ISP address---In other words-don't let someone else register a acct. from a shared computer or same address to GET a BONUS. You can have multiple acct's in many casinos(not all) as long as you don't take new player bonuses. Good Luck

I have been lurking here for a few days, and decided to register, this forum seems great. Learning alot . I play alot of different casinos online and had a question. What do you consider to be the best casinos with bonuses? Bonuslover? I hope you can help with this. I have learned the hard way about the RTG casinos and bonuses, I dont deposit alot usually $20-$40 and like the bonuses , however at irtual I won $700, cashed out and received only $250 as that was max, I didnt read through I guess. However I find it unfair that they keep the other $500 and take out of account! Live and learn I guess. Anyhow, I tried 32 red from some of your posts here and also cashed out $350 since was weekend wont be in neteller til monday, but seems a great casino. So what bonuses are worth the time and effort in your opinion.
