Hello my4my4,
Yes your eyes do not lie I am one of those who have not been paid. Boy was I treated badly, I devoted just about 24hrs 7days for almost 6 months to this site. To where my family almost forgot who I was that is how loyal I was to this group of casinos.
Can you tell me how did you get your problem resolved I who appreciate it if you can?

wait let me say one thing why is there this bull about management has the right to refuse and over turn any decision that they feel like give them a chance to play god not with my good real money. This just to me isn't fair because there are crooked managers out there as well, and by them having this strong rule on there side gives them even more reasons to be that way. Because it does not have no room for changes that they might have made untruthfully to an honest player who is getting a bad decision made against them. There has to be some middle person out there that is not for the casino or the player but for what's right as far as online gambling goes.

I am not alone! I received the same letter from them:
Dear Christopher,
I have been informed by our accounting and security department that your
cash outs totaling 8,302.00 have been canceled due to the multiple accounts
which you have registered throughout the databases of the Gambling Federation family
of casinos.
Our database indicates that there are 10 active accounts linked to your
computer (all opened in the same day). I have been instructed to close all the
accounts and notify you that you will NOT receive the payment.
Please note our rules in relation to this matter.
2. Player may only operate one active account at any time. Players opening
multiple accounts without first oiding their existing account are subject to
being excluded from the Casino with all wins forfeited. In order to oid an
account, Players must contact Customer Support.

I have not got paid yet nor any reply from ideopokerjunkie
If everyone who has more than one account in any of the Gfed casinos will reply to this thread the forum will explode
I opened accounts in different casinos using the i crytal software deposited 1700 Euro and won 6072 Euro and they paid nothing . Took the losses and ignored my winnings claiming I have multiple accounts.
Then the affilate ideopokerjunkie were with the casino side claiming it is written in the terms that no more than 3 no deposit bonuses and then I explained that I didn't get more than 3 no deposit bonus and no restriction on deposit bonuses in ideopokerjunkie link, I hope she agree with me, I got the feeling she is with the casino side but maybe I am wrong, anyway no reply too all my emails to ideopokerjunkie, I am ery disappointed from this behaviour of Gambling Federation not paying legitimate winnings 6000 Euro!!!!!!!!

It is like you open an account at omni and peach and then they tell you that you opened multiple accounts.

This rule is generic on every gfed site I could bothered to read the rules on. Quite clearly worded to mean the individual casino. Quite clearly does not exclude players from opening accounts at other gfeds.
Advice is to contact the webmaster ia the link provided on the site of the portal, who will ery likely help you if things are exactly as posted above my4my4.

It seems to me that if you signed up at 10 of G-FED's casinos through this link (WOL?), that the powers that be here at WOL should certainly be able to intercede on your behalf. Additionally, I can't see any alue at all in giving the casino 30 days before getting the facts nailed down and taking action.
If you havn't signed up at this G-FED casino through an affiliate (WOL), email me or private message me with the details and I'll look into it.

Three moths ago I have won 3800 euro.
They said '' first deposit ia moneybookers,neteller,etc than we can send your money''
I deposited 30 euro ia Neteller.
But they didnt send my cashout again.
Their software is ery nice.You can win quickly but if you cant have your payment,winnings are not important.Am I wrong.?

So winning at GFed casinos is possible?
Call me a chicken but I have only tried 1 GFed casino in my life, having heard so many horrid stories about them. Needless to say I lost everything within minutes. Just look at the software...it's so ugly one must be really courageous to risk anything there.

I had a few comments on Gfed and Mr Fogli's actions during the whole malware fiasco. Enough has been said about that at WOL, however one thing that I did not mention about Gfed at that time is that I won and cashed out 2 amounts over $2K over the last 18 months. Gfed NETellered it to me within 4 days both times. I think their software streaky, but I did win and they did pay me. Jetset's advice on contacting the affiliate, if that is where you signed up, is a good start. Good luck Bonus.

If you signed up ia an affiliate site I would recommend you start out by asking that affiliate (who will have contacts within the casino company) to take up the case for you.
Much will depend on whether GFED has included in their T&C's the rule that players may only open an account at one of their many casinos, and that opening accounts at others constitutes multiple accounts and disqualification.
That doesn't really make too much sense to me, and in any case they should identify all the other operations that are in their stable and fall under this rule so that players know where they stand.

I register through this link to 10 of their casinos and won at spinninlots 6072 Euro they won`t pay claiming that once you open ten account in their different casinos it is like you open multiple accounts.
Of course it doesn`t make any sense, they have many casinos with different names and also I receive invitation for all these "multiple accounts" for weekly bonuses. It says also in the link of casinos I register from that you may claim 3 no deposit bonuses and not more and actually when I registerred I received only 3 no deposit bonuses but it doesnt say anything about the first deposit bonus.
Avoid them at all cost, who can help, The casinomeister will start with pitch a bitch only on the 30 of may, does anyone else may help. I also used a link through ideopokerjunkie in one casino I registerred there does anyone know the email I may use
