William Hill is quite a reputable company. But sometimes they do make mistakes, and if they do their support is NOT so good. If someone tried emailing their support they don't answer all emails. If they do answering takes a long time usually a day or so.
Live help is clueless (its only on euro ersion of casino i think). The only support that does "work" is the phone support.
If you withdrew by neteller you should have recieved the funds within 1-2 days thats the usual time, atleast for me so if thats the case i would be worried.
Contact their phone support, and they can tell you what is going on.

Crooks lol, there not crooks there a well established trusted group and a high street name in the uk. I dont think there going to risk ruining there great reputation over a lousy $250, ring them or something you'll get your money without a doubt.

I hit up Will Hill for their initial deposit bonus. Turned 80 into 250 playing BlackJack and cashed out Sunday night. It is now Saturday afternoon and nothing has hit Neteller yet. I emailed them Wednesday night, Friday night and also this afternoon and none of my emails has been responded to. Rest assured these bastards will never see my money again.
