Dancer, do not hesitate a MINUTE longer and go to Montana straight to file your dispute!
Many of the RTG-Casinos out there are trying to win time in order to get around the "60-day" Montana term. Do NOT try to be patient with the Casino (Cirrus) because Montana Overseas will not do anything for you anymore if those 60 days have passed by.
I myself have created the infamous Cirrus thread a while ago here (infamous thread) and fell into the same trap with Montana.
Assuming that you have obeyed all terms you need to act now and not try to negotiate with Cirrus anymore. Go here and pray they will help.
I am sorry for your experience but at least you realized what you did wrong when depositing there. I hope you get paid.

Sorry to hear about your experience Dancer. It's unfortunate places like this are still operating in the industry, but they are still able to pull in unsuspecting people.
Hopefully this somehow works out for you.

after winning at cirrus casino on the 14th of july the payout was finally approved on july 28th ,although they promiss to pay out on my netteller account it still is not there (8-8-05).i even chatted with the manager christine and she promissed the money would be in my account in 48 hours max.i chatted several times about this and everytime i got another excuse ,accounting is not there,accounting is closed for the last 2 businessdays of the month,the last time they said that the manager was on acation for a few days.SO STAY AWAY FROM CIRRUS.although i fotographed the screens and i copied all the chats i do not think that they are going to pay.Also i did sent several e-mails to them but they just do not reply.
i wished i had read the forums before playing at cirrus
