I am having some issues with POC and need some advice: On May 23,2005, I received a Lucky 777 Coupon promo from them. Prior to that I was using there play for fun option. They gave me $77.70 for the coupon, with no deposit require. Rules said there was a 30X play through. Well here we are in Late Aug. and I'm still playing on that bonus Money. I have been playing a min of $100 each day I play and now late Aug. My balance there has been as low as $4 and as high as about $900. At the moment I have a $724. I contacted Customer Service and asked why the $2393.92 play through balance, in my account history, never goes down Here is their response:

How much detail do you want? I told you exactly what happened. POC and I have resolved our issue amicably . I wasn't totally happy but tired and worn out from the upset all of the time. I have learned a lot from this incident and am ready to move on. Life is to short to dwell on certain situations when you know you did nothing illegal or wrong.

Did you have a nsf with palace of chance?
No I do not have any NSF's or chargebacks in Palace of Chance. They claim I have 3 charge backs for $220.00 in Vegas Magic. I knew absolutely nothing about this. The credit cards transactions were okayed and I received the money in the casino . (POC) I had used this card a million times in other casinos with no problems. There were never any refunds from these transactions to me from my credit card and i was never billed by Vegas Magic, I get a laugh from some of the answers I have received. They make me sound like a real wheeler, dealer cheater. If you only knew. Anyway, I have had some returns from Firepay and Citadel but they just put them through again and get paid. not to rub salt in Buckly13's wound, but PoC does have a point: they're not obligated to pay out winnings to a person whose deposits haven't cleared. That said, there's no reason why they can't withhold the winnings until the NSF's are cleared, or use the winnings to help the player cover his NSF's.
Depending on what happened there is a big distinction between an issue of insufficient funds (NSF) and chargebacks. If the deposits were charged back (it doesn't sound like they were), it would mean that the depositor (Buckly13) was disputing the charges as if he'd never made them. In that case, the casino should close the account and zero the winnings. But if the situation is just NSF, they should give the player time to cover the deposits... IMO.
