Well, it could easily be my mail filter, but I wasn't notified of this and should have been.
I did however notice them gone from the group also.
I wouldn't expect any problems to arise from this - the group is still reputable.

Cabaret Club was the same group with spinpalace and rubyfortune. It appears they decided they dont need to run so many casinos, and "closed" it down for new users. Thats why it now redirect to spinpalace.
Cant give you a better answer. This is mostly speculation, except the fact that i know it belonged to the same group.
