Good on the Gibraltar authorities - this may also serve as a warning shot for any other casinos registered in that jurisdiction who stray outside the limits.
Good on you, too for taking the time and initiative to take this dispute up another level, Frankensite - glad you were finally paid. This is obviously a better channel than some of those dud Caribbean islands, and I'm sure the members here have made a mental note of that.

Got a letter from Gibraltar Gaming Office today, telling me that they would look into this matter at once.....
Guess what.....2 hours after the mail from GGO my money where back in my mansion account ready to be withdrawen back to my Visacard.

This mail did I get from them today....
"I have spoken to our bank again this morning and they have requested that the Bank of America resend the swift today so we should receive the funds within the next couple of days."
This was my reply....
"I have send a complaint letter to The Gibraltar Gaming office.
In this letter I state that this non payment of winning and clearing of winning though a non gibraltar bank is a clear iolation of the casino and gaming rules set by the Gibraltar Government."
So lets see what happens now !!!.....

The good with Mansion Casino is that you can play all the games as wagering, but BJ count only as 5% that means if you wager $100 it counts
a $5 wager....
But there are no problem other than they keep BS me regarding my withdrawal
This is the last mail from them.....

Won $5.100 in the Casino part.....made withdraw request 1 Aug.
Plenty of mails from customersupport that are useless.....
Still waiting for a phone back from Finance Dept.
Would warn other players NOT to use the casino part untill i'm payed...

I have yet to check them out, but maybe will later this month.
I see they just made a big change to their model on the sports side, getting rid of their reduced juice lines.

The sportsbook is pretty new (this will be their seocnd football season I believe). Although there was some talk about issues with the sports side (like they were lising a lot of money, which was confirmed, as they are a reduced juice oufit), but their backer is supposed to be ery wealthy.
As for the casino software...who knows at this point I guess.

I myself would not play there.
A successfuly sportsbook means you will get paid, but doesn't mean software is fair. Also BJ counts only 5% towards the 16xB bonus, not to mention the bonus is credited over 2 stages meaning even if you win in the first stage you might get taken down afterwards.

I know one or two guys who have played at the sportsbook, but I haven't, nor have I tried their new casino.
I thought the same thing as you though when I read they designed their software in-house. That's quite the task (and probably pretty expensive).
