nafanny, kangamick, you guys got your money yet?
Somebody from Ecash told me I was right and they have sent an email to the manager. Crytos have a reputation that their managers go on holiday 6 days a week so I guess I will wait some more.
Winneronline, thank you so much, I will 'trouble' you if this doesn't work.

I to have had the same thing happen at both totalbet & Ukbetting. I made a deposit of £50 at both sites to play poker on the 2nd of August. I logged in on the 3rd & my money was gone at both sites
I phoned ecash & was told that they would inform the casino manager & if it was not fixed phone back in 24hrs. Guess what, 24hrs later the money is still not in my account, i phone back ecash & they tell me they cant do anything to help

eek, I would definitely have asked them to remove the bonus had it not been a Cryptologic. The fact is these Cryptos they give you a bonus that is 'risk-free', meaning you can lose it and go away anytime and you're only bound by the WR had you won money or taken advantage off the bonus in any way. I never intended to use that bonus to win, I just wanted to get rid of it or 'have fun'. Believe me they can easily squeeze 100 quid rake off me in a week.

I have had this happen on my poker account. I have emailed them and expect the money to be re-credited within a few days. If not all hell will break loose trust me.
I think since they changed their casino bonus they did a clean out of all the unused bonuses in the accounts. (Mine had £75 that just sat there and could never be withdrawan because I never used the casino) However its obvious this "clean-out" went wrong and actual money was taken out in error.
This is my 1st ever problem with an online pokerroom and I hope its swiftly rectified.

Should you not have asked them to remove the bonus BL ?
Nearly every complaint in ecasino cyberspace is bonus related and if you don't want one you email them to get rid of it if they force one into your account.
Alternatively, sometimes you can deposit amounts below the bonus thresh-hold so you only have your deposit to play with.
As the Borg would say
Resistance is futile

I have an account with these guys that I solely use to play poker. Not interested in the casino bonus, not even the poker bonus (I play mostly tournaments).
Once in a while when I deposit inside the poker cashier I still get these 25 bonus for the casino. But it is useless to me and its annoying sometimes to see a balance and a lower 'withdrawal limit'. So what I do is to usually log on to their casino, play a hand of BJ for fun and get rid of the bonus. And so this has been the case for quite some time and everything was fine.
Today I found out there were five transactions ('adjustments') in my account. A total of GBP125 was STOLEN from my account. When I call I was told the manager has decided to take back all the bonuses given in the past because I have not fulfilled their terms. (Yes, they are applying terms retroactively).
My questions:
1- Why was I not notified at all? I would not have known had I not notice the descrepancy and checked.
2- Why did I keep ... | | Read Entire Entry |
