Another factor that has to be included is your location. I have a card that draws from my PayPal account, so by definition, it is prepaid... But they reject it for online gaming. I also have a card that draws from my checking account, but I suspect it would also be rejected.

No,site name is best casino but they listed blacklist casinos,too,to give information to isitors.
Same I did,I have listed fast payout casinos,sportsbooks,etc. and in an another page I gave different imformation about different issues (exp: double exposure blackjack rules,casinos accept prepaid atm cards,etc.)

Your whole website is called fast payout casinos. It would be reasonable to assume that you have researched them and only selected those that genuinely pay fast.

Now that is funny! Black Widow and its sister casinos are notorious for slowpaying and at one time a senior exec in the company actually boasted that players who had taken bonuses were "de-prioritised" when it came to the payment list! Then they claimed earlier this year to have reformed, but then promptly went back to their old ways.
There are extensive archived player experiences regarding this group.

Black Widow group has a history of slow play, I am sure you can find player complaint on this board, too, how did they get on the "fastest payout" list?
The question was about prepaid credit card, not about Prepaid ATM, which is a different animal altogether.
