The pre-paid isa should work at some casinos, try Euro-based ones.
However, set up at neteller - Once you are ready there, and have a funded account, you can request checks from them no problem. That's how it works.
I've never used a Prepaid ATM, perhaps someone else can help in that area.

The reason for the netteller/ online casino/ prepaid credit card, was that I noticed at our local drug store they sold prepaid isa cards and was wondering if they would work at netteler or a online casino,
By the way, what is a prepaid atm card is that like a prepaid credit card or does the funds come from a bank account ?
I thought it would be easier to just pay for a prepaid credit card ( or atm card , if they mean the same but not sure if they do ) give to netteller or directly to online casino and ( IF ) i would/could win I would request a check,
Is that type of thing possable or not.
