The truth is unfortunately that Playtech's new dispute channel has not had an auspicious start judging by the ineffective way it was managed during the Indio-African Palace and more especially Joyland furore's, which are still the subject of much disgust and growing enmity.
The Playtech manager responsible just seemed to wave complaints back to the casino, and for some time the channel was not even open for some time for an obscure reason. Not professional and not encouraging.
Trying to take a positive iew, I am told that Playtech took a behind the scenes interest in these matters, although we have yet to see whether that was effective...at present it looks as if it was not, because these licensees are still screwing the players on their complaints from what I can see.

Is there anyone in this forum who has not been paid a legit withdrawal by either Indio or African Palace AND claimed a dispute with Playtech about it?
I would like to know about the progress of their actions and see the role of Playtech's dispute service nowadays.

I am hearing alot of complaints best of avioding and stick to one that has a good rep like Intercasino or Boss Medias. Bet365 if you want Playtech.

Hi Everyone,
I tried to get a hold of Indio Casino support but they seem to be ignoring me. I did have a problem with them but I didn't want to post it until I was sure that they really were ripping me off. I deposited and got a bonus with them and made a few hundred dollars which I think is a small win. The casino asked me for some photo ID and proof of residency so I sent it to them. Then they sent me an email calling me a bonus abuser and started talking about something ridiculous like being ambassadors to the industry by stealing my money. Like, after that the only responses I get from them is their decision is final. I chatted with a few people and they recommended I post my experience so that other people will know better not to play there. So, I wish there was more I could do because I want my money but I think this is the least I can do. The email they sent me I copied and pasted below. I remember hearing the negative things about this place when they were with Futurebet, but all Futurebet associated copanies get bad publicity.
It does look like they are a still, and likely always will be, a place to stay way from, regardless of the move to a different software provider.

These guys at Indio and African Palace generated a lot of dissatisfaction with their players a year or more back when they were using Futurebet software, and they did not handle things well imo.
They then switched to Playtech software, and until recently they seemed to be flying under the dispute radar with few noticeable complaints. However over the past three months there have been enough bad experiences being reported to suggest that they may be up to their old tricks again.
I would suggest that you do not delay further if you are unable to receive fair treatment and the respect due to you as a customer. Go to the Playtech site and submit a complaint through their disputes channel. This has been offline recently but I understand it has now been fixed and is up and running again.

Hi.
Does anybody have any experience dealing with Indio Casino? I am having a bad experience with them and don't know if it's just me or if they treat everyone with bad ethics. Their casino looks good but I am having problems.
