I was unaware when I signed up that there was a limit to one account per household. I posted on the bayou page discussing the bonus that I was lucky enough to get the $2500 bonus at 7X for me and the wife was able to do the same. An observant poster pointed out that I shouldn't brag about having more than one account in my household. Mike, a coowner of Bayou Poker posted saying he agreed, but that he did approve both accounts. A month after requesting our withdraws my wife and I had to send in our licenses and utility bills. We were never given a straight answer on our pending withdrawls, when, if ever, we would get them, or if we were required to do anything further. I had just about given up hope, but after 44 days we finally have our money. I don't know why I am so excited about it since the money rightfully belongs to us. Nice to see people recieving cashouts, still got money in there. I fired off an e-mail to Tom last week and he said a lot of people were gonna get paid this week, not applauding this slow process of getting money out, but atleast it seems like he was being hounest there so when he sais there is no worries for our funds i hope it is the truth too.

Ive never heard of a such slow cashout. Ouch! Thanks for all posters for the heads up. I would never start playing on a site which has service slows as this.
It still keeps amazing me how some of the sites in the online poker industry can still pull out this kind of stuff. I'm down to my last one but have been waiting for it since early June. My first couple were fairly quick, the third took 10 days after numerous emails to support. I have had a good bit of correspondance with Tom from Bayou in the past and they have always seemed upfront but when you have to wait a month I think it has to mean some sort of financial difficulty.
This is all pure speculation but a small newish site offering such large bonuses doesn't seem like a good idea to me. Certainly you want to attract players but not the ones that can actually take advantage of such bonuses. By that I mean high stakes players that generally win. If your total deposits are 100K for example and most of your players are winners and cashout regularly I don't see your onhand deposits and rake being able to keep up with the cashouts and operating costs for a very long time. That's just my 2 cents on that subject.
