There was a major discussion on "mixed funds" and playing requirements for free chips about a year ago on this board in which Emily did specify the rules. I can't do the link but someone webliterate could proabbly post it.
My understanding is that you must play through and no max cashout applies. Due to the problem raised in the link referred to you won't get freebies while any balance is in your acct and as to depositing on top- seems illogical to me as you would end up using your own money to make the play through.

I have read on another forum, a person cash out the manager chip with out playing. Also i am sure in the pass I added money on top of the manager free chip.

Good question for Emily Hanson@iNetBet...
If you had a free chip, I would think you should play that down to a zero balance before depositing.
Once you lose the free chip, your deposit play/cashout should not be affected by the freebie limitations.
Looks like to me depositing before zeroing the free chip would muddy your WR and game restrictions for the freebie. (cashout problems aplenty)

They do need a phone number. Anytime you put money into a place that not physical you need a live person to talk too.
Inetbet is still good operation.

IMO, it is the players responsibility to check the terms and conditions of any promotion they take part in - if it isnt stated in the email, then go check the website. Its not that hard.
It is like contracts - u gotta read them before you sign them. Ive never had a problem with a bonus or promotion because I dont expect anyone to spoon-feed me as I am grown-up enough to source the information myself.
Sorry Bethug, I respect a lot of what you say here in the forums, but Im with the Casino on this one.

It took me 30 min to find the terms to the free bonus money.
When u send the free money email. State it in the email.
It will help the player out and you too.
Add this in the email next time.
Why dont you guys have a phone number?

I worked from the top. Above the fold. The bottom link is unspecific. Does not make you wrong though, agreed.
The Comps Rules page goes to Comps Programme 3 times in the content.
You could put a link in the content on the comps page to the rules and regs, which is directly linked to in the menubar.
An extra link in that box to the rules and regs is an option too.

We also have numerous highlighted links to the rules page relevantly positioned throughout the site.
The rules are thus never more than one click away on any page of our website.

I find the structure and the layout of Inetbet, in relation to terms and bonus rules, to be cumbersome in some instances.
The advertised 150 bonus offer links to the terms index page. One could argue the link should go to the new signup bonus rules ~ acceptable either way.
Emails I cannot say.
For Comps Payout Rules Max as D mentions, one must follow 4 links..

Everytime they send free money out. They should send a email out showing the terms.
They also need to have phone support. I still think they a good operation.
Just dont understand why they dont have phone support. Also if u give someone free money and it has stings attach you should be able to find them and send out a email with details.

INetBet's had the 10X cashout rule on free money for quite awhile. In fact, when they first implemented it, I'm pretty sure I remember getting an email about it.
