Schankwart - Thank you for your advice. I think I agree with you on this. Too bad, i like their software though. I seems to enjoy flash game more than downloaded casino or java-based game.
Dirk Diggler - I think you are right. But however in this case, I don't have a neteller or even registered/deposit or have anything to do with netteller with the casino. I even asked them in advanced to deposit using epassporte and willingly to pay the fee mentioned on their agreement term.
Up to this point, All my money, both deposit and winning at WordwideVegas is gone. I give up. They are just a scam casino. I hope somebody can do something about this.

drhuynh - I've had this happen before and was initially quite worried. However all it is likely to be is that they used your email address to pay to Neteller (that is all casinos need, they don't actually need your Neteller account number).

drhuynh, I am sorry to hear about your experience and wish you would have read my thread here earlier.
Even though Parlay software is fun to play with there is no Casino of them to be recommended out there. If there happens fraud by the Casino like in my case and perhaps yours as well, there is noone to rely on.
Parlay does not offer a player dispute service what brings their players in a horrible situation, should they chose to drop money at their outfits.
I am now again trying to find a mediator for my own problem, which turned out to be quite a challenge. They however are not going to get out of this.

Update on Worldwidevegas.com
I deposited using Epassporte ($50). On the website, they said that you can cashout
using epassporte and the fee is $2. Then I won around 500$ and cashed out $350. Then, I talked to the wwv's support, they said that they can only refund $50 to my
Epassporte and the rest will be sent through netteller . After talking to them,
i checked my email and received an email(trihuynhdinh@gmail.com) saying that I just got $300 from Swift Banx (merchant name of wwv). What strange is at this point, they haven't known my neteller account yet since I did not have a neteller account, so how the hell they send money to me through netteller ???? and so how come I got an email from neteller saying I just got $300 ????.
Confused, I submitted the ticket to their support discussing about the issue and here is what I got (copy straight from the ticket)
" Strange enough, I got an email to my account trihuynhdinh@gmail.com said that i just got 300$... | | Read Entire Entry |

WorldWideVegas have now lost another affiliate. I received this statement from Gamemaster this evening: "No, I have not received a response, which has caused me to remove their ads from my site"
I will get their heads spinning of they do not show willingness to resolve this any time soon. They will keep hearing from me until this is settled.
My kudos to Gamemaster for having done the right thing!
Edit: I just noticed that CasinoBonusPages is still affiliating for them??

I don't know if I posted about my issue with them from about a year and a half ago... because originally I had asked Casinomeister to help. They lied to Casinomeister and he believed the casino because they somehow falsified "proof". I did absolutely nothing of what they said (their accusations were ludicrious... trying to say that I was the same person as gamblinboi who they also stiffed, who lives in Canada. I was living in KY!) Not to mention that I'm a GIRL, he's a BOY and they spoke to me on the phone numerous times AND saw my ID.
Anyway, they still owe me ~$1200, so if anyone here is willing to help Schanky, I'll take the help too. I offered Casinomeister ANY proof he wanted that I played by all rules and that there was no possible way that someone in KY and someone in Canada could have the same IP, but he never got back to me. My offer is open and since gamblinboi is my acquaintence (albeit, he doesn't play online anymore), I'm sure he would be willing to provide any proof he... | | Read Entire Entry |

Nifty, your constant accusations are no more than funny.
If a Casino allows me to play any game, then I DO play ANY game!
Their term is 100% clear at all and there was no single reason to first get a confirmation on anything.
If they later on decide to change their own terms I of course go to the forums and report about it. -That is what these places are good for.
If you believe my complaint is not genuine then I recommend you to ignore it and play with World Wide Vegas. -It will be ery entertaining to see who is going to be more disappointed in the ending.

Here we go again.
You know, every time I use a bonus where the terms are not 100% clear, I contact the Casino ia Live Chat or email/phone and clarify the situation. An example is with an MG Casino last week where it stated ideo poker didnt count towards wagering - after asking Support they confirmed it was OK to play it but it just wouldnt count. Anyone who has been around as long as you SHOULD know that getting confirmation of any situation BEFORE it occurs saves a hell of a lot of hassle for everyone.
Why didnt you check with the Casino first???
I'll tell you why.
Your pattern over the years is to take a bonus where the terms may be open to misinterpretation, play games like Roulette etc (that almost every Casino doesnt allow you to play with a bonus), and then make a tidy profit. THEN, when the Casino refuses to pay, you come on to forums like this and carry on like a pork chop when the whole problem could have been avoided in the first place. You hope that... | | Read Entire Entry |

After just having returned from a acation it is time to update this thread with the latest developments and ugly news.
Firstly I would once again thank CasinoBonusPages for his assistance, even though he has been unable to help me with these people. His work was ery professional and fair but unfortunately he has been unable to convince the Casino to find a solution with me.
After WorldWideVegas now once again had to realize that I indeed have not broken any of their terms they decided to come up with a new tactic and are now trying I would have received a "different bonus" that I "was not eligible for", which is plainly ridiculous. The Casino is claiming as well that my winnings are "void" as I played Roulette. Roulette indeed does not contribute to the wagering requirements, however, it nowhere in their terms states that it is "not allowed" to play this game at all.
I am not going to accept the Casinos' ignorance of facts however a... | | Read Entire Entry |

I am glad to report that the Casino is now willing to discuss this issue again and am hoping that we will be able to find a resolution here soon.
I have re-explained my point of iew to them now so things will hopefully calm down again. I will keep you all posted.
Thanks a lot to CasinoBonusPages, who has been doing an excellent job as a mediator so far!

Nifty, youre funny. -I will not even start discussing why you are bringing up any such discussion.
These claims all rose up over a period of a few years, and when looking at the Casinos you will already see what kind of outfits they are.
I have taken risks when deciding where to play, and some of them were not ery wise on my behalf.
Pretty much all disputes have been resolved in my favor after all.
If I make a mistake a will admit it.
I do play much, I play sharp and I play with higher amounts, so the results with mainly fishy Casinos below are no surprise.
If you do not like my public warnings then ignore them, but please do not annoy me with unfair accusations!
I could just as well give you a much larger list of Casinos who appreciate my action with them ery much and most of them are the "rock solid operations" that you mentioned. These places know my style of play ery well but do not give me any bs for it but rather features such as a personal ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Well Sirius, this Casino has been promoted by Gonegambling up until a while ago, which lead me to the belief that WorldWideVegas is reliable.
As I said I indeed have not had any problem with them for a while up until they decided to show their real identity lately.
Thanks for your heads-up regarding gamemasteronline.com. I will see what CasinoBonusPages can do for now and consider it in case needed still.

You mentioned you saw this casino advertised somewhere? Can you say where? They have had problems before and it seems to be owned by the same people after all these years (they used to use GSS software).
Have you heard of gamemasteronline.com? I went there for the first time in a while and noticed he's advertising this casino so maybe you can ask him to help or at least put some pressure on them.

I have indeed had issues with Casinos in the past, Nifty... However, it is not true at all that I am having troubles with as many Casinos as you said!
The reason for the number of my disputes is quite simple:
I do play Online a LOT and at a large number of different outfits. If you follow my postings across the forums you will see that lots of Casinos highly appreciate my business with them and in return, I alue their service the same.
My problems are not more than the ones of other players, but I DO play much more than the average player, which automatically also brings up more disputes.

Hey Schankie - I have read heaps of your posts over the years and one thing has always intrigues me......why is it that you have SO much trouble with Casinos all the time??.
It seems that there is hardly a casino that you havent had a problem with, and in my experience that it highly unusual.
What it is that makes you the Casino Public Enemy #1??
Im not suggesting anything, just been ery curious for a long time and would like to hear your side of the story.
Cheers

I was not happy about having to do this either... but could not take the risk of losing my privacy with a few Casinos. I am still waiting to hear back from Max so we can discuss on what to do.
-Back to the original WorldWideVegas issue though... Has Parlay ever been able to help a player with a dispute?

Well... Apparently it does not matter anymore so I may just explain it here now.
Some Casino operators learned my real name under "Schankwart", which has already brought me in trouble a few times.
I was not aware that Winner Online does not allow this, so my apologies for doing so.

There have been complaints about this operator a few years ago already.
I decided to play with this Caisno after I saw them being advertised on another huge gambling-website. Unfortunately that website is no longer affiliating with them and thereby unable to offer me assistance anymore.

This Casino has been in operation for a few years already but its manager Andrew has chosen to run WorldWideVegas down now.
I have been a pleased player with them for a several months and was always paid my winnings until they decided to not pay me anymore as I had "won too much" with them before, and that I was a "bonus abuser".
They firstly advertised for their promotion, then let me make my deposit and oided my withdrawal when they saw me winning. World Wide Vegas could have easily locked my account previously but decided to get my deposit in first to then proceed with their tactic.
I have obeyed each and every single of their terms and what they are attempting now is simply gross and wrong.
The Casino is also denying to send me my most recent "support ticket", where I had tried to resolve this issue with them.
Unfortunately I did not get a copy of it and can not access it any longer as my account has been locked.
Had they truly ... | | Read Entire Entry |
