Hi, www.wizardofodds.com has info on how to play roulette and www.casinomeister.com has casino news. Although they only cash you out once a week www.casinovega.com seems like a reliable casino -- I haven't had any cashout problems with them. www.casinoelegance.com is a good one too and offers payouts daily. I suggest you open a neteller account at www.neteller.com and then use this account when depositing and withdrawing at casinos because it a fast method for this.

Yah they're real jerks. check this out:
I deposited $30 there and met all their wagering requirements. When I tried to cashout $210 they said I could only cashout $75. When I tried to cash out $75 they said it was bonus and couldn't be cashed out which is absurd because it was all winnings and showed up as a winnings balance. Also their 800 number posted leads to a different number and their support e-mail bounces. Responses from the help desk take eons. Please see the help desk thread below and you will see the contradictions about the $75 and the time it takes to even get a response:

I hereby advise you not to play at www.wildvegascasino.com :
07-09-04 I deposited 100$ and wagered this amount 15x times to be granted the 222$ sign-up bonus. After meeting the wagering requirements the bonus kicked in correctly and I cashed out my initial deposit+winnings (also winnings resulting from the bonus). This cash-in was returned 6 days (!) later - with the absurd explanation:
