Simon you are not the first and unfortunately will not be the last. Best of luck with Nine and VIP.

I appreciate everyones input here and I am here to make us all profitable while servicing some fantastic gambling outfits. I believe VIP, Nine and EH are among the best outfits in the online gaming world and I am proud to be part of this.

I agree with this, and Simon is not the only one who jumped that boat.

That group routinely obtains and quickly loses decent employees.

There is more turnover there than you can shake a stick at - and I think that tells you more about the company than the ex-employees.

I believe a few or so people have joined mybookie or Betcom from the blog. Some have won, some have lost. Thanks for trying to look out for me, cheers.

Joeyl, Simon Eaton is well known for being involved with promoting Virtual. Tej Kohli is the man behind the operations and the infamous Pyramid sportsbook which ran away with player funds.

But I am not mad about a few firms in the stable that your firm joined up with Simon.

The Meister has a line through to Alastair Assheton somehow, so I have that base covered in my mind somewhat if I see a problem. If I can perauade Bryan something is not up, he does his best. That is good enough for me per player complaints for ip and goodasgold.

Scumware though, is another thing alltogether that Bryan is not really there to deal with alltold. I don't bother him with such matters, for they are my opinion.

If Vipsports are not using scumware anymore and won't be in the future, then that is good enough for me also. Aside the fact the blog has been targeted by a scumware user, I am unhappy at the practise for many reasons.

I will email you, maybe you can take it onward and upward.

That said, I am not the greatest aff. I am about 2k behind for your firm for a few months now. I take that to mean the blog readers have won about 8k or so from your firm. You will su...

Hi joeyl,

I personally alue highly as an affiliate and I am extremely sad to see you remove MyBookie links from your site. I would like to ask you to reconsider as Mybookie, Nine and Betcom have never used Spyware and have no plans in the future to do so.

I will continue to run the marketing side of Nine, Mybookie and Betcom and VIP will continue to run their side.

VIP have a ery stable affiliate program known as VIP Profits and we have ours known as 9am. Between us we have over 10,000 active affiliates promoting us and I find it hard to say 10,000 people are wrong...

Please email me as I want you to be part of our family as well and I would like to resolve your issue quickly.

That is unfair Damian. I can't keep on explaining it to you. 1 last time and I wash my hands, then I jog on.

I don't forgive serial abusers, firms that keep on using scumwware and spyware. Nor firms that used rigged software to start up, then go straight. Or firms that don't pay up in full after "mediation", because I have yet to see a mediator get a punter more than the disputed amount.

I wish you well in all you do, as ever.

joeyl, you can do what u want on your site. I just didnt understand why you have them up and not betcris, betjamica, bowmans. Knowing how you dont forgive gambling sites growing pains it just seem strange you had mybookie up. There should not be a problem with them. They been taken over by VIP.

Not often I get accused of being normal DD.. Cheers.

I followed that story ia your site.
300k, the firm only wanted to pay $85k, others got involved, they agreed to pay the full 300k even though the punter admitted to some form of wrongdoing or another that escapes me?

If I have that wrong, that is my error. Not really a double standard in my book, but such as you wish.

I pulled them in the half an hour it took to update 1000+ pages yesterday. So your wish was granted, even though you still have them unrogued yourself.

What can I say? Sorry for annoying you.

SBR COSTA RICA OFFICE REPORTS: GrandCentral Sports(SBR rating D+) dba Mybookie proves why private oversight of the offshore sportsbook industry is insufficient to protect players.

MyBookie forced a player, allegedly by suggesting they may stiff him out of his entire balance, to accept .30 on the dollar, a move that cost the player $85,000. Except for SBR and little known TOW(TheOffshoreWire), none of the so-called player advocate sites have even reported this incredible theft. This is easily the largest sportsbook theft case of 2005. Lawmakers in North America will undoubtedly use this theft as an example of how ulnerable players are to unregulated sportsbooks. SBR has repeatedly called for GCS to pay the player or show cause why he should not be paid. Sources in Costa Rica have told SBR that because the only major website that took up the players’ cause was SBR th...

No worries.

& before you bust Damians balls. DD knows I rarely forgive, so asked me how come I forgave Mybookie over that disputed 300k player.

I gather you payed the player, even though he admitted to wrongdoing on his part somewhat.

I hope I have that right.

Of course, Damian does'nt have you down as rogues. He was just trying to bust my balls over what he perceived as my double standards.

Hello Simon.

A Google Search for ipsports/eXact advertising ery sadly brings up a match.

Could be an aff, could be the firm itself. I am not partial. I deal only with a blanket ban of anything remotely related to scumware or spyware.

Of course, if an explanation is forthcoming I am always all ears. If i were staff, i'd be checking rigorously. In fact i'd be sponsoring Ben Edelman or buying the scripts he uses if atall possible.

32red were placed on whenu by an "employed" media firm and Ed Ware sacked the firm instantly, otherwise i'd have them rogued too.

Hi Joeyl,

I was reading your post about us having us use a firm which uses scumware. I am ery interested in knowing what firm you are referring to so we can take immediate action against they offending webmaster and realise Nine.com and VIPSports have and will always have the best interest of the internet user at heart.

Please check out our T&C's of advertisers promoting Nine.com, MyBookie.com and Betcom.com and action we take against spammers and this includes Blog Spammers.

Well Damian. You get to see me remove Mybookie because they have been bought out by a firm that presides over ipsports (eXact advertising - scumware) Will take about half an hour.
thats approx 1998 rogued, 2 left to go lol. Guess I should move the blog over to blogspot.com soon eh DD, cause it makes it hard to cover even bandwidth costs without an aff link.

Its not just acquisition To me it seems that we are going back to the DOT com days lofl - paying crazy amounts of money for an online casino -I know for one that Acropolis/Avalon Casinos were bought for around $8.5 million back in year 2000 and Stanley Acropolis classified this investment capital as 'bad debt' just a couple of years after - i.e. debt which they had lost hope of recovering from their original investment... - so how come we are seeing so much money being poured for 'virtual operations' ? To me it doesn't make much sense.

And another thing - VIP Sports is in itself an old brand - why pay so much money to buy English Harbour (which has inferior software anyway?).

And then there's the PartyPoker saga fancy comparing PartyPoker to Google lofl -> there's only one direction for PartyPoker's shares in the long run - DOWN!!

One thing is for sure tho', if VIP does take over English Harbour it will be better for that casino, better for its players and the industry in general.

EH has recently been investing in revamps and this Vegas Technology software upgrade ia Odds On, but I guess if there is enough cash on offer anything is possible these days.

If VIP takes over English Harbour I will be ery happy.

VIP has a good reputation and seems to run a tight ship.

If all this comes to fruition, they will be on a level with sportingbet, and I sure don't like sportingbet. It will be nice for everyone to have an alternative that doesn't cheat people out of their money.
