You say "If casino doesn't pay - it will be closed soon...."???? You're the naive person here. I've seen many casinos not paying and yet they are still alive and doing well. Do you want a few examples?
Cirrus Casino, Bet Royal, IndioCasino and a lot more... So please, don't even tell me that there are casinos out there who closes fast because they didn't pay. They are ery much still alive and kicking.
RNG is usually never biased. There's no way to cheat at RNG, that's why it's called RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR. The only way a casino could cheat is to "fix" their software. Make it biased towards the house and etc. So, that's that!

I believe Starluck Casino, Winward Casino, World Wide Vegas Casino, are a few casinos which accept epassporte, never played them nor am I familiar with their casinos so you’ll have to look into them yourself.
I would however recommend that you avoid 888 (casino on net) as they permit their affiliates/promoters to scrape and spam while benefiting from what many consider to be predatory CPA deals.

Talk about being naive... Check out the list of rogue casinos at casinomeister. Most got there by not paying, none of them are closed.

Well...you can't actually tell if the RNG is on the up and up. There are independent companies that casinos bring in to test them, and they post their "seal of approval", and there are players who did XXX number of trials and then extrapolate that out to try and determine the randomness.
But my experience is if you go with top operators, with top software providers, etc. you should be okay.
If you question the RNG of the top places like casino On net, the Microgaming group of brands, the Cryptologic brands, then you probably shouldn't be playing online.
And for what it's worth, my opinion is Casino On Net is a top tier casino. You'll enjy the experience there.

The only casino I know of using epassporte is casinoonnet.
You can play there without any problems.
